The conditions we'll fight under (Except you want to change anything):

=> Let's start with a 2 v 2, alright?
=> You send first, attack second. (Although I'm fine with a switch)
=> 3 Days DQ time. Enough for you?
=> 40% Damage Cap
=> Banned Moves: Pain Split + every non-status inflicting regeneration move like Slack off, or synthesis. If used, nothing will happen, due to the strange surroundings of the arena. (Don't ask. This is legit. >: D)

The arena, let's try something new, shall we? (Ergh, if I'm allowed to just throw something new in, we might as well stick with Indigo Plateau)

The Great Lake

A mysterious lake in the middle of a forest. It fills the entire battlefield and the combatants are standing on several lily pads of enormous size!
Pokemon of gigantic proportions might get into trouble here, wiggling all around the fighting-"ground". Might also be an advantage, who knows?
However, except for additional maneuverability, water pokemon don't have any major advantages.

Alright then! I'll go with Rufus, my male Litwick with Shadow Tag.

Okay Rufus, that's what we trained for all these days! Let's do this!
Start it off with Toxic, followed up by Hex! Afterwards, conjure a strong shadow ball into his direction!
If he blocks the Toxic in some way, change to Flame Charge and Shadowball instead!

Its a beautiful day here at The Great Lake. Both trainers ready themselves for the contest ahead. Cynder decides she's had enough preparation and sends out Mina her Dratini. Mina gracefully leaps into the water and begins to swim around, anxiously awaiting her opponent. Puma responds by releasing Rufus the Litwick, who lands happily on a giant lily pad ready for battle. The trainers shout their commands and the battle begins.

I should probably also mention that you did a good job. Kinda reminds me of Oslo's Template

Wait for her dragon dance! Make sure she completed it, then use Clear Smog to undo all her nice little status buffs. Afterwards, take the Aqua Jet and counter with a double-power Payback! Go to negate her little water advantage and levitate her out of the lake, so she gets a lot easier to hit for us!

The two Pokemon, a bit worse for wear than when they started, struggle to get back up after having just been blasted by shadow wave. Mina quickly hops back into the water, a safe distance from Rufus. The two trainers give their orders. Rufus determined not to let this dragon get the best of him listens carefully to his trainer's commands. The pair of combatants have their orders and ready themselves for battle.

The two Pokemon continue their battle. Although Rufus is pretty beat up, the Litwick's flame dances happily on top of his head eager for some more action. Meanwhile, Mina hangs helplessly in front of him, but not beaten yet. The trainers give their Pokemon more commands and the battle continues.

Litwick, you can take that thunder like a Rufus! Start off with Double Team, to evade the thunder and hopefully the incoming aqua tail. Next, use Toxic and Hex!

The battle continues. Rufus looks like he got hit by a truck but that won't stop this determined little Litwick from kicking some Dragon ass. Mina on the other hand feels quite refreshed surrounded by a cooling mist mostly out of sight of Rufus.

Good Job Rufus! We are not done yet though, I have faith in you lil' candle!

Since we are now aided by Toxic, let's abuse our little advantage.
Start it off with a Minimize + Hex combo to ensure you don't get hit, while doing damage yourself! Afterwards, See if you can get a Confuse Ray off!
If she goes for a high priority move, protect and replace the other moves with Hex.
If she happens to somehow remove the toxic condition, use Shadow Ball instead of Hex.

Mina kicks this round off by emitting some sparks and bolts. She then releases the charge at Carlos, but Carlos is ready. Carlos put up its defensive mechanisms. But a light blue shield of energy doesn't seem like the best shield. But it works anyway. From inside the shield, Carlos is making his derpiness at derpy as possible, and Mina really seems to like it. Looks like everyone has a soft spot for derpy Slowpokes.

Mina begins to conjure up some toxicy shenanigans, but then once again notices Carlos's derpiness. Meanwhile, Carlos decides that he want's more Carlos's on the field, so he creates some clones of himself. Mina is so happy. There are 5 Carlos's on the field!

Wait, are Carlos and Mina finally going to attack! Nope, Gotcha! Mina regained her battle awareness and focused on her mind. She created a decent sized barrier of light positioned directly in front of her. Carlos, who didn't have any commands to follow this turn, decided to spin in circles to pass the time. Wait, is he using Twist...nope. Nevermind.

Mina, who used oh so much energy trying to take down Carlos with her powerful attacks (he said sarcastically), now just sits there and doesn't to anything for a little bit. Ahh, sometimes it's nice to kick back and do nothing. Carlos, doesn't like doing nothing, and he's the lazy one! He focuses all his psychic energy to his head and charges forward at an incredible(ly slow) pace. He rams into Mina head on. Now why would you do that to your lover?

After that last attack, Mina is done with doing nothing! She charges up electric energy and releases it at one of the many Carlos's. Who knows which one is which? Well, apparently she hit the wrong one, because it just vanished into thin air. All of Carlos's hard work! Carlos, angry at the death of one of his clones...does the exact same thing as last round. Do I really have to explain it again?

Sigh, same thing as last round. Mina hits a clone with Thunderbolt. Carlos hits Mina with Zen Headbutt. Oh wait, that last attack must have been to much for Mina, because she fell over and died fainted. Can I go home now?
