Turtleshotz vs. Underscore
These two passionate combatants duke it out under the following conditions! You might want to read them, people are rumoring they contain helpful information!
♦Arena♦
=> Abandoned Cellar
[A room beneath a big mansion. Since noone cared about it anymore, trash and shards of glass started to gather all around the ground.
The use of ground-moving abilities is not advised, also, Pokémon that are not levitating/flying will take damage each round.]
♦DQ Time♦
=> 7 days! Since not specified, I shall reward you with plenty of time! Harhar!
=> Note that DQ Time only comes into effect, when one of the combatants call it.
♦Rules♦
=> Banned Moves: None.
=> Two Pokemon are in use, the battle is over when both Pokémon of a trainer fainted.
=> The damage cap is set to 45% by default.
♦Additions♦
=> Turtleshotz seems to have the upperhand with his choice. Let's see if Underscore is able to turn the odds to his favor!
=> Direct influence on the cellar might cause it to give in.
=> Moves that throw the target into the shards cause additional damage.
...Preparations...
------------------------------------------
Uhm... Hello, ladies and gentlemen, well, actually we are comepletely on our own. Who the hell would join us in a freakin' haunted mansion? if that's not enough, we even get to fight down in the cellar. Amazing. I love it. It's not scary at all. Turtleshotz, our newcomer, doesn't seem to be bothered though. He is just chilling with his Duskull and waits for his opponent to get into the room. Aw, great. Now Ghosts get involved too.
Suddenly, a red flash lightens the room, leaving me and my pants in total shock. AAALLLRIGHT, this is going to suck so hard. Anyway, Ralts without a nickname appears on the battlefield, starting to fly as it sees the Duskull.
Uhm, does this work for real? I should take a closer look at levitating Pokémon more often.
Anyway, let's get this over with! I don't want to wet my pants anymore.
♣ROUND 1♣
Psycho versus Ghost, eh? The mental counterpart to Duskull starts out with... Wait. Are these noises supposed to anger the Duskull? Seriously, it sounds like a bee rampaging. Duskull seems to fall for the "taunt" and starts to fling a ball of shadows into Ralts direction. That is absolutely not working out as much as Ralts thought. At least I suppose it doesn't, since he gets launched across the whole room, directly into the sharp shards. In addition, we have a pissed off ghost here. Great.
[ Spectre | -0 HP |- 9 EP | Taunted ] - [ Ralts | -14 HP; -2 HP due to crashing into shards | -5 EP | ~ ]
Duskull starts grunting angrily, preparing to attack again, Ralts in the meantime, conjures a wave of electricity to piss Spectre even more off. He flung another Shadowball, except this time, he doesn't, since his body just won't respond to his actions. At least it is able to continue looking like a mad scientist, seeing someone in his way. Shivering over here!
[ Spectre | -0 HP |-8 EP | + Paralyzed | Can't move! ] - [ Ralts | -0 HP | -6 EP | ~ ]
Ralts finally decides to attack. Just as I thought it couldn't get any more passive, the little psycho typeling starts to form a ball of shadows. Spectre, seeing his enemy copying his trick gets even angrier at him and conjures a shadow ball of his own. Both Pokémon release them at once, maneuvering around the battlefield as it crashes exactly into both Pokémon. Duskull seems to take it a bit better though, since it doesn't seem like Ralts is used to mean ghost attack-shenanigans.
[ Spectre | -12 HP | -8 EP | ~ ] - [ Ralts | -14 HP | -9 EP | ~]

...Afterwards...
Referee Notes
- Nice start, remember, switching is possible at any given time, but it takes away an action.
- Turtleshotz will issue his commands next!
- Unless overcome, the effect of paralyzis will slowly decay over the next 4 actions. Taunt will end after the next 6 actions, unless somehow stopped.
- If the Energy of a Pokémon happens to reach 0, it will lose 1 HP for every 2 EP consumed. Also, it's action pool is reduced to two per round. However, the effect of "Relax" is doubled.
