Ref inb4 Puma, Oslo and DL
So, I challenged Knight of Time to a battle, because I really like his strategies he uses. So here are some rules that I'd like to set, feel free to change them if you must.
Size: 4 vs. 4
Damage Cap: 49%
Banned Moves: Suicide Moves (Explosion, Memento, etc.)
Banned Abilites: Magic Bounce
Coin Toss to see who sends first.
Arena: Castle Courtyard; pretty much the same thing as indigo plateau, but with awesome looking castle walls and knights guarding the exits.
Let's wait for KOT to agree to these conditions.

A 4 on 4 eh? The last long battle (aka longer than a 3 on 3) was when I battled several years ago (it was a 6 on 6 I had with Mew Master that I triumphed in), so I think I can handle this one.
Techy, can we use a 40% damage cap instead, please? I find this one is a bit more standard here (and I think it's more common, too, not to mention it's what I'm used to the most for a DC). Also, the arena you chose reminds me somewhat of my signature arena (Castle KoT), so kudos there for a good choice.
Anyway, could we possibly battle using at least one (fully) evolved Pokemon on each side, please? When battling someone new who I've never battled before, it's rather tempting to battle their best Pokemon (aka ones that have either fully evolved or who aren't part of an evolution chain), so let's make this battle one of the best battles of Canada this ASB has seen.
No need to worry about Magic Bounce, I don't have any Pokemon with that ability.
I guess now we have to see who goes first, eh?

40% Damage Cap sounds good to me.
And yes, I'll use some fully evolved Pokemon against you, probably 2. I need to get some exp for my Metang so it can evolve though.
Using an RNG, (me as 1, you as 2) it gave me 2, so you can send first, if you'd like.
EDIT: Need's some epic music

I'm fine with sending first. Twinkidink, I need your assistance!

A Girafarig eh? That's a new one for me. Anyhow... I choose Alphatone!
ALPHATONE
@Clear Body
Start with a Rock Polish to make you nice and quick. Follow up with an Icy Wind to slow it down. Finally, use Signal Beam for an effective hit.

Techy, since I ended up choosing first, you need to attack first (I thought you would have known the turn order mechanics by now).

Twinkidink, Snatch that Rock Polish for your own use, then rattle the Metang with a supereffective Earthquake, finally, use Amnesia to make him forget Signal Beam!
edit: Oh drat, Twinkidink cannot use Snatch...my bad. Oh well, I'll make up for it.

-=- Round 1 -=-
Evening ladies and germs and welcome to yet another rousing dosage of Pokemon battling! Enter in our competitors for tonight's event. We have the plucky newbie Techy who has decided to challenge our journeyman veteran Knight of Time to a battle of wits--er Pokemon (cause we all know I'd waste all of you in the former ). Techy leads off with a formidable looking Metang who seems to just be powering on, who seems to be aptly named due to its lack of emotion. Knight of Time thinks to himself carefully and summons forth a Girafarig with very innuendo-based name, oh my!. Let's get this show on the road eh?
MonotoneAlphatone starts off the by producing a bottle of lube from out of thin air. OK ref guy, let's try and keep this PG at least capiche? (I make no promises BTW). He seems to be dabbling himself with the lube and smoothing over his body. Linkidonk seems to want some lube himself and tries concentrating on grabbing it from the floating chromedome but can't seem to quite be able to do it. Fiddlesticks I say!

Now all souped (correction: lubed) up, Alphatone gets ready to do some damage, by summoning forth a chilling wind that seems to numb up the palindrome Pokemon a bit as he loses a bit of his agility. Seriously, way to crank up on the A/C in here. Lumpyduck decides to get things shaking by starting to stomp on the ground massively as cracks form in the ground and piece juts out and slams into Alphatone and just barely misses me. Hey, watch it man, I'm walkin here!

Alphatone continues its assault as it powers up and shoots forth a beam of rainbow colored light, scoring a direct hit on Loonytonks. Lumpytonks seems to have an extremely dopey look on his face after that last attack, looking like he almost forgot something. Alphatone gives him a funny look and suddenly feels like something just left his main HDD. Huh, that's odd.

Alright Twinkidink, that first round could have gone a little better.
This round I want you to keep shaking the Metang's world with Earthquake, however, if he tries using Magnet Rise to avoid the quakes, use Gravity to put an end to his floating shenanigans before you resume shaking his world...also, be ready to use Magic Coat if he uses any move subject to being reflected back, or Thunder Wave the first time he uses a direct contact move on you.

Both sides of drawn blood from each other in Round 1...ok well more like motor oil from Singletone but details, details. Let's see how we progress forward in round 2!
That lube is really making all the difference for Alphatone as it speeds forward with its hand glowing all nice and golden to really lay out Twinkidink. Twinkidink laughs to himself as he has the perfect ploy to stop that obese metal drum in its tracks and fires off a small jolt of electricity at Alphatone. Alphatone shows no signs of slowing down at the incoming bolt and as it gets ready to make contact, it instead dissipates as it manages to make contact with a light blue barrier that blocks it off complete. Alphatone's fist finds its target as he literally punches the stars out of Twinkidink.

Alphatone decides to be even more of a douche as it cranks the A/C even lower as another chilling wind blows through the castle and manages to numb up Twinkidink some more as well as making me lose feeling in my feet. Yeah, you freeze me up, who the hell's gonna ref huh?! Twinkdink attempts to warm himself up with some jumping jacks that just so happen to shakes the ground mightily and toss both Alphatone and myself around like rag dolls. No respect I tell ya.

Alphatone decides to take a breather as it seemingly goes into sleep mode and sits still in position. Twinkidink takes advantage of the exhaustion and continues to rock its world. Along with mine. I think I'm gonna hurl with all the shaking. Worse than getting stuffed into a laundromat dryer.

For this round, I want you to keep on shaking Alphatone's world with more Earthquakes.
For subs, if he tries using any move you can reflect back (such as Toxic or Flash), use Magic Coat (even if it ends up a waste of an action for both of you), if he uses a stat boosting move, use Psych Up to get the boost too, and once again, be ready to use Gravity if he tries to avoid the Earthquakes with Magnet Rise!

Okay Antonio, we have to deliver a massive strike on Lord Lizardon, so let's do it. Open up your mandibles all the way (or as wide as you can) before you grab onto one of his legs with a Crunch + Guillotine combo. If you can clamp your mandibles on one of his legs with this combo Antonio, tighten them as best as you can so that this Sceptile will know just how sharp they really are!

Okay, I think this topic is definitely in need of another bump...now PC, even though you probably won't see this, I just wanted to say thanks for reffing the first few rounds for me and Techy...but at this rate, the only way this battle will continue is if (1), we find someone else to ref, and (2), if Techy sees this and agrees to continue the battle.
One way or another, it would sadden me to see one of my battles end in an abrupt stalemate, with so little gained from the battle.
