^Yeah it is crazy and hard to evolve Sliggoo but you get a final Dragon Pokemon evolution from an already evolved Dragon BEFORE level 48 which is pretty rare. Kingdra is pretty much the only second evolution Pokemon to do this.

edit- I was wrong. I forgot about Vibrava evolving at level 45. As to getting Goodra, it has to be raining AND level 50. I just looked it up. I thought Sliggoo would evolve at level 40 and up in rain.

In other news, I was Wonder Trading and someone sent me a Pikachu called "I AM A DIS" and me being the lazy sod that I am decided not to breed it, so now I'm training a Raichu called I AM A DIS.

Also, now I've finished the game and I know the names of the new Pokés, I've nicknamed my whole team.

That forum is disgusting. I refuse to be associated with people who think it's acceptable to talk rudely about people behind their backs, ESPECIALLY when those people are innocent and have never done anything wrong. At least the people on another forum I'm on have a thread where they bitch about those people where the person can see and provide a counter (I rectified something about myself there, actually), but those guys just think it's fine to ban the decent people and let the really nasty pieces of work who break rules constantly stay.

I'm disgusted that I thought those people were my friends, I really am.
I feel so betrayed.

So I'm finally back from my epic DC adventcha.

Lot of fun shit happened Saturday night. I won't get into the full details but let's just say I woke up to a Sunday sunrise lying on a park bench in front of Washington Monument.

Somehow my liver managed to work its normal limit plus overtime so kudos to it on not failing on me just yet.

But one thing I must ask from you guys who have been making the effort for the pages. Is it ok to copy everything you have written for the book? The project is not commercial, but making the book will cost me naturally, as I send it for the webpage that does the books?

Because I like books. Plus, when the internet connection isn't good or you're using a mobile device you wouldn't have to open another window for the movelist then. Note I'm not asking for financial support, I just want to know what do you people think of my idea. I can't claim ownership of the text, because it's a copypaste, but then again, Pokemon is Nintendo's trademark.

Been quite a busy semester/year in the life of everyone.
I will only note that I will be posting in my two reffings and my Safari Zones tomorrow, as well as setting up for that holiday extravaganza, which might help restart this place (along with Pokemon Bank).


Came to a screeching halt, didn't we? Well, everyone probably needed a break, let tempers and strategies cool down. Create all new adventures and battles for all to enjoy, both ref and battler. I won't delve too deep into what may be in store, but I think that this coming year will be a fun year for all involved.

So just posting on DL's behalf. He's been having issues with trying to get onto TPM. His comp keeps crashing for some reason whenever he logs onto TPM. Whoever has him for a ref, he has all the next rounds reffed already, just when he's able to log on again, he just needs to copy and paste it.

As for me, just kinda floating around right now, still not feeling it for coming back to ASB unfortunately. Probably need to finish X and Y first to see how I feel about it.

Well you could ask for a sub-ref because Oslo decided to take a break. But if you both agree, you can just call it off, but since there were no fainted Pokemon, nobody would get points. Or that's at least my impression. Correct me if I'm wrong.

There is a certain level of silence that has been attained recently. I do hope that once some factors are overcome (I swear I need better internet connectivity), there will be a slow but steady incline in visitors, battlers and referees. I myself am partially to blame, I've been all but present these past few months.

Yeah, I see. My connection is pretty bad as well, I didn't even got a chance to be online the past week. Whatever! I'm using my phone as a hotspot at the moment, it's damn slow but working.
Also, Ayeun, nice to see you're still here and thanks for the welcome back, though I'm not back yet (: It will take some time before I'm picking ASB up again, I think I lost a lot, like, seriously a LOOOT of interest when Oslo left/went on hiatus whatever. He was kind of the guy who got me started, who made me register with his reffing style and kept brightening my day.

Also, could anyone like, fill me in on the current situation? I mean, as far as I am concerned, almost noone is really "active" at the moment, though I think I saw Grey applying for being a referee in a battle. Also, DL, you know, you still got a forum with your name on it, right? (Except not really, but you know what I mean.)

I will go back to fighting some spambots now, these are so flippin' annoying. *snake vanissssh*

Anyway, I started to get a bit thoughtful (I guess?) and I always wondered, how the hell did this ASB ever come to the point it is at today? Not in the negative sense, but as I was trying to set a german one up, I stumbled upon an enormous amount of problems, like, there are no referees, noone has a chance to ever grasp the concept of battling to become one before battling himself, because reading the rules alone is more than often not enough to fully understand it. Then there are the people that don't even want to become ref, or just start dozens of battles (like, the max amount possible) but never finish one, or people that just don't "want" to understand that they have to put their points in the correct section and whatnot. I don't get it, but I'm happy for the ASB here THAT everything worked out, so I could enjoy it to it's more or less fullest potential and still do, just taking a little break. (:

Becoming a ref would be totally beyond my capabilities. I once tried to make out a post for a mock battle, but noticed there were so many variables. I don't comprehend the game mechanics well enough and I lack BB code skills. God help us if I ever become a ref.

But with the X/Y moves available, I'm so intrigued to start battling and try them out, and I think many of us share that feeling. I hope we get Oslo, DL, Puma and others back soon and why not new referees too.
