Pokemon Go can't download?! Error 403

Hi,

I was playing Pokémon Go and of course catching pokemon about 3 hours later my phone said it couldn't activate it so I attempted uninstalling it and then reinstalling it on my phone, however whenever I try to download it on my phone it says "Unable to download error code 403" from what I've looked up online 403 basically means I've been denied the access to download it. I have enough space and I've been playing the game fair. How can I fix this?

Please help.
