I try to. Dropped about 30lb a couple years ago via calorie counting and I've kept it off for over a year now. I'm a fan of Skinnytaste recipes. It's a good resource for low fat, low carb, paleo, whole30, and other styles of dieting.

I like provolone cheese, and, American cheese the most.

It varies. Fortunately the place I daily go to has mostly diverse meals. But I enjoy occasional snacks, peanuts and candy. A plus side might be that I don't like bun with my coffee.
