Choosing one to represent Argentina would be hard... It could be Sandshrew (for armadillos) or Mandibuzz (for condors), but I'll go with Piplup , who not only resembles our penguins but also has the colors of our flag.

Sounds plausible, the most famous Pokemon gets the country Pokemon originates from. Plus Pikachu's red cheek reminds of Hinomaru.

Surprisingly few dragon Pokemon would do as China, but I think Gigantamax Centiskorch reminds Zhongguo if we forget its typing.
