Future Deck (Yu-Gi-Oh! Deck)
Your monsters seem ok, but you will rely on United We Stand on this deck. If you're going for a beatdown, you might need a Blue Eyes White Dragon. You might wanna drop some of your 1800s though, because you have a lot(7!), yet you have no effect monsters. Really should have no more than 6 1800+ atk monsters, you need to get going fast, cos it seems you're trying to make a beatdown deck. Remember, you have two Gemini Elfs and 3 Kycoos. You don't need many more after that. Keep either 1 or 2 Bazoos or La Jinns. Ditch the rest, they take up too much space.
Now, onto the effect mosnters. They may seem lousy but they are VERY HANDY! Because of how your deck is, put a few in. You need some Magicians of Faith in case you lose United We Stand at a critical point and if you want to use Monster Reborn or Raigeki more than once. A Man-Eater Bug or two might help. A couple of Penguin Soldiers will help you out ig time because they remove two enemy monsters from field to opponent's hand. And one Witch of the Black Forest would be handy, as would one Wall of Illusion, and maybe a Cyber Jar.
I think Scapegoat is now restricted to one card per deck now. Get some attack boosters. Either Axe of Despair or Malevolent Nuzzler. And get Mystical Space Typhoon. It removes one opponent continuous magic or trap card.
As for traps, you've done well here. Only depends on whether you prefer Waboku or Trap Hole.
Not bad so far, you should have a good deck in your end. You have to work on your monsters though. That's the main area.
6/10 now --> 8/10 later
If you want 3 BEWDs, remember that you'll need to add 2 Lord of D.s and 2 FLute of Summoning Dragons to make ti faster.

Future Deck (Yu-Gi-Oh! Deck)
For one thing.... It looks like you have way too many cards in your deck. Limit it to about 40-50 and your type of deck will be very powerful. I also think that you need more effect monsters, and thrown in Solemn Wishes and Imperial Order (very powerful trap cards). Also, try to get weaker monsters like Rogue Doll (1600/1000) and Girochin Kuwataga (1700/1150) so you can have extra offering monsters to bring out the big guns.
Also, your Bazoos kind of destroy the effect of Monster Reborn, because if you use its effect, you'll have nothing to reborn. Quite a bummer.
Kycoo would work well with an opponent's Skull Lair, but otherwise I don't think you need three. Maybe two at the max.
Get powerful 5 or 6 star monsters like Twin-Headed Fire Dragon (2200/1700) and Flame Cerebus (2100/1700) to back up your Summoned Skull. Also consider using Spirit cards, like the Rock Spirit and Spirit of Flames.
Cards to remove: 1 Kycoo, 2 Bazoos, 1 Dark Elf, 1 Harpie Lady SB, Pot of Greed (add Graceful Charity)
