Legendary levels and attacks

What are the levels of the legendary Pokemon(Kyogre,Groudon,Rekkuuza)and what moves do they have?

Kyogre and Groudon are both lvl 40 and Rekuuzza is lvl 70. Kyogre has Hydro Pump, Body Slam, and I forget the others. Groudon has Fire Blast and I forget the others. Rekuuzza has Fly, Extreme Speed, Outrage, and...dang it, I forgot it, but I'm sure someone else can fill in the blanks.

Groudon has Fire Blast, Build Up, Slash, and Earthquake. I'm quite sure that you can go to the Move Maniac and get Groudon to learn what it forgot before (eg ancient power.)

Kyogre has (I think) Hydro Pump, Enlighten, Body Slam and Ice Beam.

Rekkuzza.... haven't got that far ^_^;

Out of the subject but, I wonder which dragons are the best?
Rekkuuza,Dragonite or Boombama

well, i personally say Boomanda is the best. its not an 00ber like Rekkuuza. i havent checked out Boomanda's max stats so i cant say its better than Dragonite. does anyone have a link to somewhere i can find them? and my Boomanda learned an attack at L93: its got 120 base power and 100% accuracy. does anyone know what it is?

the stats are 1893 like Dragonite but i think Dragonite is better becouse it lerans electric moves

i think their movesets are:

->> havent played ruby (lvl 45)

->> hydropump, enlighten, body slam, ice beam (lvl 45)

->> outrage, fly, extremespeed, rest (lvl 70)
