That was answered at the initiation of the last version of this place, and nothing happens to those stamps. They just disappear. Just remember it's not like ASB so it doesn't have to be so uptight.

If you've ever participated in the lottery before in real life, the pot is based on the money raised by the tickets sold.

Lol! That's funny, Mike. Yes, I've heard something about the Stamp dimension before, but I don't remember who said it. Maybe Connor, or someone else from the old times. Now that I think of it, you could help me keep track of the Dragon Tamers history. I remember most of it, but you seem to have caught some parts I'm missing.

And no, there's no limit. But don't blame us if you spend all your stamps and someone else gets the prizes. Buying a lot of tickets increases your chance, but doesn't guarantee a win.
