In theory, a Ponyta with Wild Charge and Solarbeam would cover all weaknesses. Combine that with Flamethrower and Return, and you should be able to handle most mons. It can allegedly be taught Hypnosis through breeding, but I think breeding isn't allowed in the Nuzlocke..
