E-Reader - Pokemon Games and Whatnot

Hi! I've just imported an E-Reader, and I'm looking for some Pokemon games.
Can someone please help me out?
I just want to know what Pokemon cards of Sky Ridge, Aquaoplis? and a third set from Wizards, have games.
Oh, and if possible, can someone inform me of the cards in the Starter Decks, I mean, if they have games or animations, etc, on.

I looked up the Wizards site, but it no longer mentions the E-Reader games and whatnot.

For expedition, i think my site still has them. For skyridge, sorry, cant find any for them.

But u know, one u scan in a card, i belive it will tell u what it contains and what other cards it may need, so u dont really need a list at all.
