    I'm assuming you're talking about GBA, so you can get a really good one here, Visual Boy Advance, but if you want to check out various different emulators, try this Zophar.net listing.

    ps. This is directly related to roms, so I don't think it is that appropriate here, but it is not outlawed as it is.
