Well, if you can't trade, then you likely also can't battle any other players and are stuck facing the in-game trainers. That affects our rating, because you can get away with a lot more if you stick to in-game (like leaving your Porygon unevolved and giving it Zap Cannon without Lock-On.)
One horrible, glaring weakness of this team is the fact that five sixths of it is weak against Rock-type attacks. Random E4 pokémon knowing Rock-type moves will be the bane of your existence. If you switch out any team members at all, make sure the replacement isn't weak against Rock.
