I think this belongs to the G/S/C forum, but anyway.

Quagsire - OK. Not good in R/S because you're splitting EVs. Try Earthquake/Body Slam/Curse/Rest @Leftovers.

Jynx - mmm... maybe Ice Beam/Perish Song/Mean Look/Protect @Leftovers???

Rhydon - Earthquake/Rock Slide/Return/Roar @Leftovers for GSC. For R/S use Earthquake/Rock Slide/Megahorn/Swords Dance.

Ampharos - Swagger is dangerous. Make it female and use Thunderbolt/Thunder Wave/Attract/Fire Punch or HP Ice. You can also go for a RD set: Thunder/HP Water/Rain Dance/Attract.

Umbreon - many options for him. For G/S/C use Toxic/Confuse Ray/Attract/Rest and make it female for the ultimate annoyer. Has many other options (Cursebreon: Return/Shadow Ball/Curse/Moonlight).

Kanghaskan - two normal moves are bad. use Dizzy Punch/Earthquake/Curse/Roar for G/S/C and Dizzy Punch/Earthquake/Brick Break/Shadow Ball for type coverage in R/S.

Oops. You're right. Well, RS NetBattle is coming up soon, so I may as well take suggestions for both GS and the upcoming RS (just so then the mods don't have to move it.)
