You have answered your own question. As strange as it may seem, you are correct. Rock Slide Aerodactyl is now 100% legal.

Team seems fine. Not entirely gayed up with superstandards at least. You sure like 252/252 and 252/126/126 ev distros it seems. I'd at least put 52 of that attack evs on forry into hp and give it explosion over earthquake. even though eq is nice somtimes, you gotta love the boom.
