For Masquerain, you could keep Hydro Pump and drop Whirlwind for Agility. The fact that a bug type can learn a water attack is worth keeping, even if it has no STAB and not so great accuracy.

And for Blaziken, I'd keep your set if you wanted and just remove Aerial Ace/Flamethrower for Bulk Up. Your choice though.

Should i put a annoyer in?
And i was thinking of dropping Whirlwind (Masquerain) and Aerial ace (Blaziken) would only be useful against fighting

You might want to drop Masquerain and add in an Annoyer. Aerial Ace just doesn't work on Blaziken, I don't know where this idea has come from, it doesn't even get STAB. Blaziken works well as a Physical Sweeper with Brick Break, Earthquake, Bulk Up, Fire Blast.
