Pokemon Battle Rules (Devised by me, Shane, Peter and Richard)
[The Slaking rules might screw me over, now why did I agree to them?]

Combined Base Stat limit of 3000 at maximum
No more than 1 Pokemon of each evolution Chain.
    You may only have either:
1 Pokemon of Base Stats 670-680 (Excluding Slaking)
2 Pokemon of Base Stats 580-600
    No hacked movesets/abilities.
No more than 1 of the same hold Item.

    1)________________________________________________ ___________________

    Forretress (Bright Powder) - Spiker/Psuedo-Passer
    Ability: Sturdy
    Personality: Impish (+Def, -Sp Att)
    EV's:
    Def: 128
    Sp Def: 130
    HP: 252

    Explosion
    Light Screen
    Reflect
    Spikes

Pretty simple set (probably Standard, not sure?) which I use all the time so my friends probably expecting this set, they still can't get their heads around the idea of not leading with a Spiker so they always lead with a non-fire type. Obviously I know to switch whe nI see a type that may possess a fire move. Anyways, lead with Reflect/Light Screen depending on the opponent, before Spiking, setting up the other Pseudo and Booming.

    Base Stats: 465

    2)________________________________________________ ___________________

Blissey (Lucky Punch) - Psuedo Passer/Heal Beller
    Ability: Serene grace
    Personality: Calm (+Sp Def, -Att)
    EV's:
    Sp Att: 6
    Sp Def: 252
    HP: 252

    Ice Beam
    Light Screen
    Reflect
    Heal Bell

This isn't the 2nd Pokemon I'm going to send out but I placed him here for the sack of it. No point in pumping EV's into Attack/Defense/Speed When they max at 130/229. 20% Freeze chance with Ice Beam and with many Overused Pokemon having a 4x Weakness to it, I figured it was a good choice for an attack if he were to be my last Pokemon. I put Lucky Punch in since I'm saving leftovers for my Tank

    Base Stats: 540

    3)________________________________________________ ___________________

Vigorath (Salac Berry) - Physical Sweeper
    Ability: Vital Spirit
    Personality: Jolly (+Speed, -Sp Att)
    EV's:
    Att: 252
    Speed: 252
    HP: 6

    Flail
    Reversal
    Endure
    Shadow Ball

Pretty simple. With a max of 306 in Speed + a Salac Berry, that should put him above most. Shadow Ball for the evil Ghost types that don't get by Flail/Reversal. Flail/Reversal cover all types (except Ghost) I believe which gives me a Base Power 200 Attack for all types (when on 1 HP)

    Base Stats: 440

    4)________________________________________________ ___________________

    Pikachu (Light Ball) - Annoyer/Anti-Ky00ber
    Ability: Static
    Personality: Timid (+Speed, -Att)
    EV's:
    Sp Att: 252
    Speed: 252
    HP: 6

    Thunder
    Attract
    Sweet Kiss
    Thunder Wave

Now, I have one horrible feeling that my friend is gonna use Ky00ber and it is necessary to have an Anti-Ky00ber. Hopefully, my IV's will beat his Kyogre's (if he uses it) and if they don't, well, I don't think he EV trained it (has just 1 which he has used before). Anyhow, I think this little Rodent outruns that Free Willy on Crack. Anyway, the rest of the moveset is just for annoyance really. I don't expect him to OHKO Ky00ber, he's really just to cut a chunk out of his HP so Deoxys can pick up the pieces.

    Base Stats: 300

    5)________________________________________________ ___________________

FR Deoxys (Scope Lens) - Mixed Sweeper
    Ability: Pressure
    Personality: ???
    EV's:
    Att: 252
    Speed: 252
    Sp Att: 6

    Shadow Ball
    Brick Break
    Rock Slide
    Psycho Boost

1stly, no crap about him being a legend, look at our rules. I'm very likely to have to face a Kyogre/Groudon/Rayquaza. Anyways, I can't guarentie the personality (haven't traded him to my R/S yet). I couldn't think of a better item (Choice Band was a thought) since he will not be able to take a hit which would make the berries useless. Anyway, thats my main sweeper.

    Base Stats: 600

    6)________________________________________________ ___________________

    Regirock (Leftovers) - Tank
    Ability: Clear Body
Personality: Cheerful (+Sp Def, -Sp Att)
    EV's:
    Sp Def: 252
    HP: 252
    Def: 6

    Rock Slide
    Curse
    Earthquake
    Rest

Registeel was tempting, but those wasted special attack stats and the lack of Steel STAB move made me deter. Curse will boost my defense (like it needs it) and attack making EQ and Rock Slide pretty powerful. The one problem will be catching a cheerful one.

Seen this. Maybe Seismic Toss over Light Screen coz it has enough sp defence

Dude, attract won't work coz Kyogre is genderless. But i guess it could work if u send it out against some other dude. Get HP ice over sweet kiss to kiill some Rayquaza Butt

[b]Be sure to rest before he lands you the hit which kills you. With curse it will be slower than anything and that will cost you in resting. Fast fire types (maybe Charizard or Arcanine) will beat the crap outta this.
    Solid team dude.

    I don't like the Blissey.

    Blissey
    Bold
    @Leftovers
    252 HP, 252 Defense, 6 Special Defense
    Counter
    Ice Beam
    Softboiled
    Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is easier to get. Counter can get rid of Physical Sweepers and Softboiled to heal after Counter. From your team, it seems you have FRLG acsess, so it shouldn't be hard to get this. The item rule is crap, I despise it.

    Forretress - Fine I guess. I'm pretty sure there isn't a standard here...I use:
    Explosion<>Spikes<>Earthquake<>Light Screen

Blissey - I like Ultimate Pikachu's very much so.

Vigoroth - Yeah, I agree w/Loupeitak on the Substitute > Endure thing. You could very easily waste a 100% endure when a physical sweeper like Heracross comes out and uses Bulk Up instead of Brick Break. Go w/Substitute.

Light Ball Pikachu - Again I agree w/Loupeitak. If you're gonna go through the effort of gettin Light Ball for this guy, at least get Hidden Power Ice on him too. It'll help a TON against Rayquaza too! For an anti-legendary pokemon I like this guy a lot more:

    Ludicolo: (EV's: 252 Sp. Atk./129 Def/129 HP) [Modest] {Swift Swim}
    Giga Drain<>Surf<>Ice Beam<>Rain Dance

He can handle almost any legendary from Ru/Sa single-handedly. His only problem pokes are Regice and Registeel. Swift Swim allows him to easily get goin on Ky00ber before he gets the chance to attack, Groudon can easily be taken care of by Rain Dancing then Surfing or just goin for the OHKO w/Giga Drain. Ice Beam takes care of Rayquaza, just don't forget about his Air Lock ability that'll stop a Rain Dance short.

Can't give advice on Deoxys, I've never used one either...

Regirock - Yeah, the whole Cursin up to destroy the competition will really hurt him when he needs to rest the most. I think he should be fine though.

Nice team all around, and sorry I couldn't offer any advice in the Deoxys catagory...

it's careful, buddy. you're better off with adamant/impish anyways. dusclops/regice is a better tank, but whatever. dusclops w/calmmind-willowisp and regice with curse are better tanks. keeps the weaknesses tight.
