As we speculated in the Mega Diancie Officially Announced post, it looks like Mega Diancie will make an appearance in Pokemon The Movie: Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction.
The official Japanese movie site shows a new image featuring Mega Diancie below Diancie.

Movie goers who bring their Pokemon X or Pokemon Y to Japanese movie theaters between July 19, 2014 and September 30, 2014 can receive their free Diancie via wifi.

Also posted on the official website is news that the first 3 million movie viewers of Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction will get a special Tretta featuring Diancie that will not be available from the arcade machine.
The Band of Thieves and 1000 Pokémon
Those who also downloaded the free The Band of Thieves and 1000 Pokémon game on their 3DS can also unlock a special stage. Players just need to bring their 3DS to the theater and open the game and follow the instructions on the screen.
