In it you’ll hear our hero say personalized phrases like “Chespin is in a bit of a pinch. It looks like it might cry…” which may heighten your bond between you and Pokemon.

Pokemon Amie might also be the reason as well, to have one-on-one interactions with your Pokemon, Tamagotchi style.

Nintendo has announced that Pokemon X and Y will hit 3DS, worldwide, on October 12, 2013.

The games include a new Fairy Pokemon type that is super effective against Dragon types. Older Pokemon like Jigglypuff, Gardevoir and Marill will be given the new Fairy type status. Eevee’s new evolution, Sylveon, will be a Fairy type. A new Pokemon called Noivem was also revealed. Continue reading →
