Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire remakes were announced earlier this month by Nintendo. The third game in that generation was Pokemon Emerald, so there has been some speculation whether or not an Emerald remake would be made as well.
A trademark for “Delta Emerald” was filed by Nintendo on May 2 and was made public today, May 29. However this does not prove an actual Pokémon Delta Emerald will be released. Nintendo has trademarked other terms that were never turned into Pokemon games, like Pokémon WaterBlue.
