It's not covered in the rules, but the ref generally doesn't DQ someone unless the other battler actually calls for it. Which is why I haven't DQ'd Kumori in the Singing Forest battle. ;D *prod*

Ed recalls his Gastly and calls out a kung-fu turkey.

We start this round with Missy spitting some purple stuff at the new pokemon. Combusken just claps and a wave of energy blows the purple loogy back at her. This causes some damage.

Combusken breathes in heavily and then breathes out, his muscles explode with muscliness. Chuck Norris, is that you? Missy acts like Frostbite and throws mud at Combusken.

Combusken starts by grabbing his hand and runs toward Missy screaming like Genghis Khan and chops her right in the face. Missy takes it and dances, it starts to rain. Where-o-where has my little pancho gone, where-o-where could it be.

At 0 EP Pokemon will start to experience exhaustion and will lose 1 HP for every 2 EP they use.
I incorporated all the stats and stuff and thats why the damage for Brick Break was so high
Unless overcome the rain weather will stay in effect for 8 more turns, while raining Fire type moves are 50% less effective, Water type moves are 50% more effective, Thunder and Hurricane are at 100% accuracy, and Solarbeam charge is at 200%

Well um lets see here...Kumori had more pokemon alive so I think she wins, 4 on 4 so you get 4 Ed and me and Kumori get 8
