If you want to have a Jigglypuff as one of your starter Pokemon here, you'll need to choose an Igglybuff as that is the lowest evolution in the line, hope that helps you CJ.

Your team is looking alright there CJ, but you don't have to worry about your Pokemon having a low number of moves here, as they can use any move that they can legally learn (with a few exceptions) in the games (generally, the earlier the generation the Pokemon came from, the more moves it can learn); naturally learned moves, TMs and HMs, egg moves, move tutored moves, you name it.

Though I can't approve your team (DarkestLight, MeLoVeGhOsTs, and Greyfox do the approvals here), I hope this helps you out. Nice to see you're finally joining ASB.
