With his pup gone, Mario seemed to be in a bit of a bind. But he decided to fight fire wirh fire, or in this case, water with water. Out flipped Cascada, a mighty Squirtle. Nessie took one look at the fellow water aficionado, and canted her head. She couldn't be serious.

Cascada watched quietly as Nessie seemed to just be more interested in the view she had out over the edge of the ship. Walking up beside her, Cascada also admired the view, all the while focusing on one point deep on the horizon.

Satisfied, Cascada poked at Nessie. Nessie looked down, to see a blinding white tail strike her midsection so hard she went flying off the ship and skipped along the water 5 times before stopping at that horizon point. Cascada smirked...sucker.

Nessie stayed in the water, unsure why her master let that happen. Cascada laughed and dove in the water to swim closer to her target. But she just floated over, the current was strong enough. Ahh to relax in water is divine.

Nessie was kind of on edge seeing that shell float close to her. With good reason. Cascada sprung out of the water and double fisted that Lapras's shell. Nessie cried out, but her body gave way, and she floated there unconscious.

Just like that, the sun wasn't so hot anymore.

Nessie now recalled, Charles calls out a new heavy hitter. Claire the Ursaring. She stands on her hindlimbs and scratches her back a bit, before setting sights on Cascada. The little nimble turtle tries to split up to confuse her, and Ursa merely mocks the Teenage mini ninja turtles.

Cascada hisses and the clones evaporate before they're fully formed. She was gonna pay for that.

Claire stomps over to the angered Cascada, who is unsure what to do right now. Claire pats Cascada on the head, and them flexes in front of her, showing off her bulking muscles. Cascada yells at her in Squirtle speak and slaps her with her tail.

Cascada lunges in anguish at the fact she's not really attacking this foul mouthed beast, and the headbutt was a pretty effective hit. Claire grabbed the small turtle by the shell though and slammed her into the ground as if she was a nail. The turlte lied there, stuck in the floorboard head first.

Seeing no real threat from that harmless amphibian, Claire goes ahead and stretches. Its still a bit early for her to be up and moving about-none the less here she is fighting. She buffs up her body, and turns to see Cascada glowing immeasurably bright. A strong fist hits Claire right in the chest, and fells her. Cascada lands next to Claire, having calmed down now.

Cascada keeps up the momentum, striking her appendages into her shell and firing a blast of water that jets her shell into Claire's face. Claire hits the ground once more, as Cascada lands-feet popping out to slow her shellskid.

Claire bellows in anguish over that one two combo, and swipes her claw along the deck of the ship where a bunch of moss has grown.The swipe sends Seeds barreling into Cascada, who just raises her arms to block the pelting barrage.

A second barrage follows after, Cascada kneeling to deal with the grassy itch now drying out her pores. But she pushes through the pain and slams her shell into Claire's chest again. Looks like someone threw a Brick that almost broke Claire's chest.

Claire rubbed the sore spot on her sternum and looked at the shelled amphibian. It was doing something with water around its body, making it a perfect target for a well aimed Focus Blast. Cascada wasn't really paying enough attention, and was railed hard for it.

Skidding to a stop on the deck of the ship, Cascada hopped up off the back of her shell. She knew better than to fight on land with this guy, and so off she went! Claire walked over to the edge of the ship to peer over, but nope. Nowhere to be found. So she flexed a bit, just in case.

Feeling powerful, Claire waited until the water began to bubble. A rocket of red shot up out the water and nailed her in the face, but Cascada felt that the hit was deterred somehow. She really got that feeling with her shell was hit over head by a massive hammering force. It sent her rocketing down into the water again.

Both Pokemon decide to forego strategy and go for all out damamge. Claire's attack however, is a battalion of speeds that she swipes from the miss on the ship right at Cascade. It prevents the water Pokemon from getting in close at first, but when the barrage ends, Cascade jettisons forth, and is able to give Claire a good one-two punch combo.

Pained by that, Claire is no match for Casscade as she rampages on her chest with anotehr battaion of strong hts. But Claire's hide is thick and she fires another swipe of seeds, knocking Cascada off of her and out of the match.

Mario hisses, and then releases Draco in order to counter that heavy hitting bear. The small dragon waves its arms hastily, as Claire stomps over toward him. The small sands all over the ship began to raise up and whip around and Draco smiled, thinking he had an edge.

Claire nipped that in the bud by bellowing and waving her arms. Soon...oddly enough, hail began to form. The worst thing EVER!

Unnerved, because he HAD to pull out a win, Draco focused, and created a sizeable blast of draconic energy that rocketed forth. Claire took the blast head on, and watched the snow.

A heavy patch of overhanging snow off the crows nest then fell, smashing into Draco. Its power seemed enhanced, as Draco cried in anguish. That HAD to be cold.

Draco barely had the strength to dig, but he pushed through the snow and ice and headed below, hoping Claire did not spot him. He dove down lower and lower, until he reached the bowels of the ship. But down there, in the rickety lower levels, a huge shaking occurred that seemed to have a greater effect on the wood-and it knocked Draco down. He still looked up, and pondered what he could do

Down in the bowels of the ship, Draco knows he better get topside. Feeling dizzy from that Earthquake, he doesn't tempt fate, and surges back up. Claire can hear the breaking of wood and looks for the splitting area where Draco will resurface. She should have looked behind her, because that's where Draco surged from. Claire barely gets a glimpse of the blue dragon before he's on her, scratching and biting.

But Claire uses that to cause an Avalanche to batter Draco.

Claire took a moment to get her bearings. She spotted Draco dig himself out of that snow pac, and smirked. He was cold. Very cold.

Draco didn't let that stop him, because he quickly split into 4 and spread out about the ship. Claire tried the Avalanche method once again, and cornered the poor dragon. It was the Hailstones that fell that worked in Claire's favor, as they eliminated the clones. Draco was buried once more and he was none too happy about it.

Draco dug out once more. but his skin was blue! He was frostbi--o wait. He was already Blue. Phew. Claire smirked and raised her arms up, signaling a third strike to fall from the heavens. Draco however, got tired of the continuous assault and decided enough was enough. He focused as hard as he could, and soon, the stars answered his call. Claire looked to see meteors come flying down from the stars and smash into the ship. Pieces of the bow went flying, along with Claire.

Claire lied there, pained. She was winded right now.

Draco was still buried for the moment, but that didn't stop it from bursting out of the snow and heading toward Claire. Claire -hunched over-bore witness to the surge of blue draconic fury splintering the ships floorboards and using them against her. Draco roared as he slammed the edges of anything and everything he could into her hide, hoping to take her out.

Claire ached, but she still was alive. With enough energy to fight just a little more, she built up a shield to deflect the charging Pokemon. Draco bounced back hard, shocked by the power in that shield

Still breathing hard, Claire tried to maintain that shield, but it seemed to be weakening fast. Draco was completly pissed off and began to stomp around. His Outrage battered that Protective barrier...and wore it down. Claire felt the shield splinter and then the energy was ripped away as that wave of frantic energy overcame her.

Tired and cold and all around grumpy, Draco roared as Charles's last Pokemon came out. She was a small girl, with a messy crop of hair and big ol lips. That didn't stop Draco from splitting his efforts into work for 4.

Lyra looked at them all, short fat dragons and smiled, causing some strange magic. This magic forced snow from the crows nest to fell on two of the Gibles, eradicating them. The other two backed away, one of them being real.

Lyra did that magic again, and Draco managed to evade detection once more by splitting into 5, but 2 more were squashed.

Draco lied down on the ground, tired as all heck. But Lyra had more snow to play with. She liked this game of dodgeball. But her mental hit of the third Avalanche pinned Draco and one clone. They both cried out, but Draco didn't push himself out of the snow.
