Me vs Dark Sage Ref- Silencer

Alright, I want to try out a newly evolved team member.

I send out first, you attack first
Arena- Desert Island, an island in the middle of the ocean with no trees or rocks or anything (but sand)

I'll start off by sending out Sasuke, my Hitmonlee.

And I choose Venus, my female Gardevoir.

Okay, Venus, here's what we'll do.

Start out with Safeguard.

Then use Hypnosis.

If it works, use Dream Eater. If not, use Psychic.

If for some reason you aren't able to use Safeguard the first time, try again. I want it up. If you must devote your second move to it, use Psychic for your last move.

Alright Sasuke, start off by using Double Team. Then colse your eyes so you can't see her Hypnosis before launching a Swift attack. After that take Revenge on her use of Psychic.

Dragonis vs Dark Sage

In an ocean far, far away there is the mythical Desert Island. Nothing lives here and nothing will live here for long. A new government project will start here to answer the question ‘what would a person be capable of if they were threatened with an horrible death’. Not that anyone asked, but we still want an answer. 2 people, who got scam… uuum, who volunteered, are now dragged there. They are Dragonis and Dark Sage. But rather then fight themselves, they send out creatures that will fight for them.

Dragonis calls out Sasuke. A brown creature that unleashes vicious kicks for no apparent reason. Dark Sage on the other hand calls out a very feminine creature that seems to be dancing. We will now witness many different battles at once. Brains vs. Brawl. Male vs. Female. Beauty vs. Beast.

But before this battle can get underway, we need a supervisor. Being the third person that was scammed, I was lucky I didn’t need to fight it out and could safely sit in the helicopter.

Round One

A breeze rushes over the island. Most likely caused by the helicopter but no one is interested in that. The two pokémon are ready to strike and fight for freedom.

The brown Sasuke starts off by clasping his hands together and focuses his energy. With a poof, 3 more Hitmonlees appear(bushing no jutsu). Not startled by this, the majestic psychic twirls around and a ray of light reveals that Venus is now covered in a shining cloak.

Now that she has finished her preparations, Venus strikes a glare at her opponent with purple glowing eyes. Sasuke isn’t impressed and closes his eyes. The appalled Venus is shocked and breaks her concentration. Sasuke on the other hand makes a jump and motions with his arms as small stars zip forward and slam into Venus(Evil Windmill Shuriken).

Making their last move, both pokémon are ready to finish this round. Sasuke crouches down, waiting for his opponents move. The Gardevoir gets surrounded by energy and so does one of the 4 kickers. A scream can be heard until the floating pokémon shimmers and disappears. It was a clone.

Alright Sasuke let's start off by gitting in Venus' head with Mind Reader. Then while you know what she's thinking you shouldn't have any trouble hitting her with a Dynamicpunch. After that hit her with a nice Seismic Toss. If Venus tries to use any psychic attacks take your Revenge.

Round Two

After a dull round, researchers are hoping it will get more interesting then this. Popcorn and drinks are pulled out of… somewhere and are being consumed. But after hearing the commands, tension rises.

The fighter suddenly looks up with open eyes. He enters his opponents mind and seks out any evil plot it is going to do(sharingan). But Sasuke comes to a conclusion a little to late as purple glowing eyes come in his sights and he gets drowsy. His eyes fall shot and falls forward with a load snore.

While Sasuke lies there, sleeping(snooze no jutsu), Venus moves in. An eerie light forms in her mouth and shoots forward to nail Sasuke on the head. Light is being sucked through the cylinder that was created and Venus gives a satisfied look as the connection between them is interrupted.

Venus is bored and decides to toss her foe around. She picks him up with her mind and twists his limbs a little before throwing him away, landing close to the edge of the island. Sasuke just sleeps further, although with a grimaced face(snooze no jutsu again).

Alright Sasuke just rest and Relax for a minute. Then start Snoreing untill you wake up. If you can try using Seismic Toss to toss Venus around a few times.

Round Three

The researches seem to be interested in the latest turn of events. There has been much more blood draining action. Hoping it will continue, they start screaming and encouraging the battlers in their isolated room.

A little tired from the straining actions from last round, Venus decides to take a quick rest. Her opponent just sleeps through.

A final snore is heard as Sasuke awakens. He rubs in his eyes and takes a couple of stretches. The relaxed Venus notices this and with wide-spread eyes she comes to the conclusion she needs to do something. The still drowsy Sasuke takes a quick look around before he finally realizes he’s still in a battle. Venus charged up her attack during this time and sent a bolt of lightning fromm her body. Being totally awakened from the last attack, Sasuke closes in and grabs Venus. He starts to spin around until he finally releases his grip on Venus who’s send of flying.

Sasuke runs up to Venus again, although her eyes are glowing with a golden light. Sasuke grabs on and starts to spin around again. Using the same trick again, Venus is send flying to the center of the island. Venus is smiling though when the golden light dims. The smile doesn’t last long as she skids over the floor. Venus stands up and dusts herself off a little, knowing all to well what will happen to her opponent soon.

Alright Sasuke start off with Double Team. Then while Venus is dealing with your clones hit her with a Focus Punch. After that we'll shake things up a bit with Earthquake.

Then, hit him with Psychic when he comes for the Punch. Try to throw him backwards.

Next, use Protect to shield yourself from the Earthquake.

Round Four

With the pop-corn halfway, I decide to sneak off. You would understand how hard it is when you remember that I’m in a helicopter, flying above you guys. So many ways to escape. Call for Aerodactyl and just fly away, or just let my pokémon batter the scientists. The poll begins now, so cast your votes (I’m talking to you 2)

The awoken Sasuke is ready to go and starts with a bushin no jutsu (double team in the pokémon world). He manages to create 4 clones But he doesn’t fool Venus as many glittering sparks are send flying and hit each clone and the real fighter.

Disappointed, Sasuke rushes forward, screaming with anger. A glowing white fist is seen behind his back. But Venus is prepared and with a mighty brainwave send Sasuke flying back, breaking his concentration to maintain the energy for his brutal punch.

Venus is worried about her opponents next action and calls forth an invisible orb around her. The unaware fighter stamps down with his foot and sends shockwaves through the earth. The orb around Venus absorbs the damage she would have suffered. The moment the ball vanishes a whisper can be heard and a bolt of golden energy strikes down on the mighty warrior.

Alright Sasuke, start off by setting up a Substitute before Venus has a chance to use Taunt. Then while your protected with your Sub, hit Venus with Focus Punch. Finish off by tossing her around some with Seismic Toss.

Round Five

With still no votes, it seems that I will be stuck on this cozy and entertaining plane. God I hate it here…

Ready to get some revenge on his opponent, Sasuke decides that it would be best not to receive attacks from his foe anymore. So he prepares by setting up something else that will take damage for him. He breaths out and a plush doll(17%), resembling the real Sasuke, appears (kawarimi no jutsu? although they are mostly logs). Venus doesn’t seem to have noticed this disgusting display and goes on yelling at the dolly, to no avail.

A bit shocked, Venus decides to go on the offensive once more. She charges up electricity and a bolt is sent flying towards the doll, which doesn’t even budge when the current flows through it. Venus is starting to believe something is terribly wrong. She drops her guard in confusion and a glowing white fist smacks her in the face hard. The psychic pokémon is sent flying and skids a bit through in the sand.

Not comprehending the situation fully, Venus once again calls upon the power of her brain and starts to rip apart the plushy with it. Cracks appear but the doll remains, much to the dismay of Venus. Sasuke takes his chance again and grabs hold of Venus. He sets his leg behind her and throws her over it and the psychic comes crashing down again. The sparkling dome, that has been around Venus for a while now, disappears.

Notes: Substitute started with 17%. -8% from thunderbolt and -8% again for Psychic. IMO dolls don’t have a weakness since they are just some fabric and a lot of fluff.

Alright Sasuke, start off with another Focus Punch while Venus is getting rid of your Sub. Then use Mach Punch to quickly strike Venus from behind. Before she has a chance to recover from the Mach Punch, cover her in Toxic goo. If she's used Safegurd again or Protects from the Toxic just Relax for a bit.

Venus, use Shock Wave to wipe out the sub, and hit him as well.

Then, use Teleport to transport yourself as far away from him as possible, to avoid the Mach Punch.

While he's looking for you, renew the Safeguard so there's no danger from poison.

Round Six

Guess I’ll have to escape on my own… But these cushions are actually quiet soft. And the entertainment isn’t to bad… and my god, the food is delicious. I think I’ll stay on this plane for a little longer.

Sasuke managed to get some good hits on his foe last round and he’ll continue it. The unseen fighter gathers his energy and charges forward. Venus, aware of his vicious trap, sends out sparks in all directions. Some hit the doll and it disintegrates, revealing the storming beast. He gets a little hinder from the remaining sparks but he manages to maintain his concentration and smacks Venus across the face.

Not halting his offensive, the fighter moves quicker then ever and hits Venus in the stomach. The psychic pokémon manages to use her abilities and gets away by means of teleportation. Sasuke looks around confused about the sudden disappearance act.

Not waiting to long, Venus uses the time to set up another Safeguard. Sasuke catches a glimp of the sparkling move and realizes he was to late. He just crouches down and recovers some lost energy from the brutal attacks.

OK Sasuke start off with Swift to get rid of her clones and do some damage. Then, while she's just sitting there, hit Venus with the strongest Dynamicpunch you can. After that just Relax for a bit.

With the fight nearing the end, I get comfortable and relax a little.

Venus quickly sets up a couple of clones, hoping that they will help with her defence. But Sasuke wastes no time and sends glittering stars out and the zip through the clones and the real Venus.

Venus falls back, taking a break. This fight is quite a workout. Most be good for her figure. Lost in her thoughts, Venus doesn’t see the vengeful Sasuke approach with a glowing white fist. The fighter pokémon hits the psychic right across the face… Auch.

Both pokémon sit down to restore some much needed energy.

Round Eight

At the sight of two very tired creatures, one can only be somewhat affected by his emotions. Same goes for Dark Sage, who thinks this fight should be over and commands his pokémon.

Venus starts to make rude gestures and is crying out her name in a very frustrated manner. Sasuke loses his concentration to what he was planning to do and looks up with a face seeming to say ‘oh it’s on b*tch’.

The tempted Sasuke rushes forward, steaming. Venus, happy that her plan worked, just tosses the fighter away like a rag doll. She does crouch down from the spent energy.

Sasuke still not satisfied tries his rush again, and this time he delivers a solid kick in the stomach of Venus. The psychic falls over but stands out once again, glowing a radiant light. Sweat the reaches the surface instantly turns to steam as the glow intensifies. The glow gathers in an orb in front of her and a blast of pure energy is shot forward, striking Sasuke. The seriously hurt Sasuke is breathing heavily but when the dusts settles Venus lies down, exhausted and defeated
