This is the first time that every single frame used a different picture. That's a lot more work than just pulling Ctrl+C, Ctrl+E all the time. (With my program, yes, it's Ctrl+E for the Paste Into Picture option.)

As a bit of trivia, I hadn't initially planned to start this arc so soon, but it seemed appropriate to jumpstart the main plotline. This was basically a spur-of-the-moment thing when I was trying to figure out what would be a good follow-up to the partnership in #6.

One more thing... Chobits is the only series that yields two characters, at least for a long time to come. Otherwise it would've been essentially impossible to get one panel with them together. There wasn't much of a choice but to make an exception to the rule.
