Ok, I'm going to get a Tepig then evolve it with the token in to a Pignete,
and for my three ability switches, my Ditto will now have Impster, Torchic will now have Speed Boost, and Infernape will now have Iron Fist.

Hey guys, I figured since the excitement of the giveaway is kinda dying down and we're all rushing to try out our new Pokes and play the games, it occurred to me a thought.

When you first played a Generation, what was your team? In other words, as you played the games what would be your dream team from that specific Generation (no Pokemon from previous Generations)? Was it the ones you played through most of the game with, or was it more? If you could go and make a Generation specific Team for say a match or tournament, what would you make?

GEN 1:

For Gen one I had two teams. One which was my best attacker team, and the other which was kind of a just for fun team.

My fun team was a Charizard, Aerodactyl, Vaporeon, Onix, Scyther, and I cant' remember the sixth one. Though the team I had that I considered the best was a Jolteon, Flareon, Vaporeon, Scyther, Aerodactyl, and a sharked Mew.

GEN 2:

A bit harder to pick a team straight from this generation. I enjoyed having a Typhlosion, Feraligatr, Steelix, and Espeon, and the rest were from Gen 1

GEN 3:

Had my most favorite team out of them all. Gardivior, Sharpedo, Blaziken, Flygon, Aggron, and a Rayquaza that switched out my Minum. Though Absol would have been interesting to have too.

GEN 4:

Still kinda working on building my team for this one. For one I've got a Garchomp, Infernape, Empoleon, Torterra, leveling a Lucario and trying to catch a Spiritomb (Damn you for being so hard to get!)

GEN 5:

I just got my game yesterday, and so I'm still searching through where to find things....

I can't really remember my first teams in games gone by, I always restart when I get bored of them. Dream Teams though, I could probably manage, but they're based mainly on looks rather than stats or types/abilities.

Gen I: Victreebel, Magneton, Hypno, Gyarados, Dugtrio, Porygon

I still think Gyarados is awesome, I really should get one for here.

Gen II: Feraligatr, Ariados, Slowking, Houndoom, Kingdra, Ursaring

Thinking back, I've had a lot of these pokemon (or their prevos) on my ASB teams, both before the reboot, and when I modded.

Gen III: Blaziken, Ninjask, Shedinja, Wailord, Cradily, Registeel

I <3 the Regis. Coolest legendaries ever. If I can't have Registeel then I'd have to go for Walrein

Gen IV: Torterra, Gastrodon, Abomasnow, Drifblim, Bronzong, Luxray

Pretty recent, I don't think I ever finished Pearl, it annoyed me too much. You had barely any variety at the start of the game, and by the time you could catch new pokemon half the game was over. I think this was close to my team though.

Gen V: Mienfoo, Fraxure, Galvantula, Chandelure, Samurott, Krookodile

This is my team as of now. Grinding for the Elite 4. Out of all the games, these had my least favourite starters.

Hi guys,

I can't resist making a post here right now...seeing as I am just on time for the B/W event, I'm popping in long enough (if I may) to choose a Drilbur as my free B/W Pokemon, and use the token (presuming I am eligible to obtain one) to immediately evolve it into an Excadrill. As well, I'd like to change my Ninetales' ability to Drought if I can, please.

Once again though, I'm still keeping the rest of my team dormant. But heads-up, I *may* return sometime this year ready to battle again...I have gotten some personal hurdles off my back, but I still have some more to overcome before I'm 100% back here.

1) Dunno, I just don't like the look of Samurott (Why does a bipedal otter suddenly become a quadruped?) and Serpirior. Emboar is pretty cool, but none of them really do anything for me. I always thought Feraligatr was fierce looking.

2) Turns out Dratini is actually that big. Unless it's height is actually it's length. Debatable. Not the best images, but a pretty good size comparison for Dragonite Dragonair at least

Height equates to length when talking about serpent-pokémon, typically. If you look at page two of the photos, you'll find one where Dratini is next to the older gentleman -- he looks about the size of any of Ash's regular pokémon, honestly.

That photo has him kneeling with Dratini. Yeah height equates to length with serpents, but the actual size of its face...compared to say..Grey's Dragonair, put them at the same size, lol.

Well Darkest I Highly Disagree with you the Jotho Startes IMO are some of the Best Pokémon, then again I'm a Jotho Fanboy, points to my team as you may or may not have notice alot of them are from Jotho...

Actually, Charles, the ASB world is completely fictional, and therefore in no specific place. Just because Chris set it in Europe in his story doesn't make it true for the forum.

Grey the way I see it the ASB takes place in the world of Pokémon in a region that looks like Europe, to be frank I call it the Fellalto Region

Fellalto (Fell is a word that means mountain and Alto can mean High and deep sure it’s talking about sound but in the context I'm alluding to it means the highest mountains and the deepest lakes. do to the fact that the Lake District is famous for it's many lakes and mountains.

Also forgive me if I'm wrong but as of yet there has been no safari zone based of Stonehenge...

Well here my suggestion...

Stonehedge Ruins

Theses ruins contain many Stone Circles the largest and the most impressive of which is a Megalithic structure dubbed Stonehedge which become world famous, however very few realize that there are catacombs under the circles that have an ancient scrip that talks of a clan of skilled masons that were close to the Pokémon, and were decedents of an even older race whose homeland was said to beyond the pillars of a legendary hero, and was destroyed in one night by an earthquake and it sunk into the sea never to be seen again.

The European Country side is littered with Stone Monuments, Stonehenge is the best known of these.

the reason I said there were catacombs is for two reasons first there are burial sites at Stonehenge second there have been talk about building a tunnel under it, true it would have been for car traffic, however IMO having catacombs under it fit's

Also while they were Obviously not the true builders of Stonehenge, the clan of masons that
built the Stonehedge Ruins I like to think of as being t5he legendary Free Masons.

And yes the older race I was refuting to are the people of Atlantis, I like to think of them as being like how Disney presented them as being Grate teachers and healers ans influencing all cultures over the world.

ok maybe this is a bit deep but IMO it better to give the atlest some form of mythogy so that it dose not seem dull and boring...

Stone structures have been reported from many civilizations, and the Safari Zone is no exception. Compiled years ago by an indigenous people as a seasonal calender, it continues to draw Pokemon from all over for the Summer and Winter Equinox. The Pokemon celebrate the changing of seasons in their own way, often with challenges, silent contemplation, and a feast.
