Rawk, use a combo of Vacuum Wave and Thunderpunch to hit him first with a nice little shock to that fat gut. Then use Stone Edge to put him down for good.

If he spoils your combo, use Double Team at the end instead so you aren't a sitting duck for the last action.

Arena: The Tower of the Gods

Trainers who enter this Ancient Tower of the Gods, enter Time itself. Hundreds of hourglasses line the corridors of the this holy place, when the trainer reaches the top they well notice Statues of all of the known Legendary Pokemon including all the unown. The battle in a coliseum themed arena on the top floor, there is no Roof so flying types can take full advantage of the air, the battle arena also has a pool for water Types, and the whole arena is suspended over boiling Lava.

King watches with glee, and then disdain as Koopa is swapped for Rawk Hawk. Not fearing the combustible chicken, King slams his feet and gets ready to send an earthquake through the round. That is, until the high speed fighter dashes forth in what seems to be a whim-electric fist in tow and punches King in the side of the face!

King bellows again, and...stomps his feet! Rawk is thrown left and right and up and down and all about. Little discombobulating, really.
