    Well, Charles and I have agreed to a match...for old times sake....


    4-on-4 Match: 1 out at a time

    Pokemon will be sent to the ref, ref calls who attacks first

    DQ:5 days

    Ref:Unknown at this current time

    Arena: A Casino....devoid of any life save the two combatants. Poker tables, slot machines, everything is there, and anything can be used as a weapon...though at the refs discretion as to how....for example, a hoppip cant be expected to lift a slot machine and throw it, but a spoink can psychically throw it...the casino is also five stories tall with a grand fountain in the center...so falling from a higher level can also damage a pokemon...

    Orb teliport in to a slot machine in to the space the coins are stored and Charage up twice... however should you become un able to do so use thunderbolt, thunder zap cannon in there place...

    Interesting, alright Migo, lets allow him safe passage into the slot machine....use [c]Calm Mind[/b] to focus yourself a bit. Once hes actually in the slot machine, use a psychic to pick up that slot machine and smash it into a wall while he charges...and while it still in the air, smack that machine with Iron Tail...let him get smushed into his technological grave...

    ROUND 1 BEGINS!

    The Battle scene opens up on a huge Casino. Set over multiple floors with everything to suit your gambling needs. Except theres noone here. Noone except for two trainers, each brandishing a Pokeball.
    throwing them into the middle of the floor it becomes apparent that the Casino itself will be the Arena and two pokemon appear to face each other. On one side a Voltorb named Orb 007, and on the other a Spoink named Migo. The Commands are issued and the battle begins.
    Orb 007 starts things off by immediately dissappearing from the battle field and reappearing inside one of the large slot machines. The extra weight in the Coin store dislodges a couple and the rattling coins give away its position. Spoink doesnt seem to mind, or rather doesnt seem to react. Content to simply relax and focus its thoughts.
    Feeling safe in its little hideaway Voltorb begins to charge its power, determined to cause as much damage as possible. As its doing so the Machine seems to shudder, as if tilted at an odd angle. Not a problem for a Voltorb as it doesnt need to balance in the darkness but the sudden force of the machine being thrown into a wall by a Psychic attack bounces voltorb around slams it into the walls closed around it. Once the Machine settles on the ground small patches of Daylight can be seen in the compartment now. Though the Machine would have provided some protection from direct attacks they werent designed to be impenatrable fortresses.
    Coming back to its senses after being rattled around like a Pinball the Voltorb focuses its energy once more, Charging its power and preparing for an extremely powerfull attack later in the battle. Spoink seems to have more current plans however and bounces high into the air. Its springy tail beginning to glow and it comes down hard on the machine where Voltorb is continuing to hide, Cracking it open.
    The round ends with Spoink feeling pretty pleased with itself after dominating the first round, however since its opponent hasnt tried to attack yet, and none of its attacks directly hit its opponent, can it feel so confident?

    ROUND 2 BEGINS!

    Round two begins as the first one did with Neither pokemon going on the attack, more content to get into an attacking position. A flash of light signals Voltorb teleporting itself out of the Wreckage and Spoink begins the first half of its Bounce attack, springing up into the air!
    Unfortunately for Migo, being inside doesnt allow bounce to get him very high and despite the Amazing hangtime he doesnt get much height, though thankfully avoiding hitting the Ceiling and as he begins his decent he aims is body directly at his opponent. Orb 007 has much the same thought and rather than defending the attack builds momentum and launches himself at the incoming Spoink, intending to actually land on its opponent. If spoink had been stationary perhaps it could have pulled this off but the sheer force of the two attacks colliding sends both pokemon flying in opposite directions.
    A little upset by the failure of its trainers plan Orb 007 shakes off the dissapointment and decides to unleash the power it charged in the last turn and Fires off a Huge Thunder attack. In an attempt to counter Spoink launches a Psybeam but the sheer power its faced with deflects the attack slightly, and as such it only grazes the Voltorb while Migo gets electrocuted.
    The second round comes to an end with the battle starting to even out. Spoink is a little frazzled but luckily escaped paralysis and Voltorb has a new found confidence.

    After reading through the attack list i have discovered that Calm mind doesnt actually grant a Defensive boost in ASB. To be fair (as it was my error) i wont punish GL by upping the damage done already but i will remove the defence boost from now on.

    ROUND 3 BEGINS!

    Wanting to continue the assault Orb 007 quickly charges up a Spark attack and launches it at the opposing Spoink who is quickly taking measures to defend against the attack, throwing a Light screen up to block the electric attack. Spoink cannot avoid getting hit, Light Screen isnt a total barrier, though it does greatly reduce the power of the attack.
    Seeing its attack weakend Orb 007 decides to press the attack, launching a more powerfull Thunderbolt at its opponent with similar results. The Screen absorbing alot of the blast and Spoink taking whats left. This time however Spoink seems to seize up, its muscles twitching. The confident voltorb glares at its opponent, eager to cause more Damage but as it glares it meets Spoinks own stare and its eyes begin to glow. Suddenly Voltorb feels its mind being attacked directly, Spoink not needing its physical body to attack with Psychic. In desperation Voltorb Charges a powerfull Zap cannon but the pain in its head affects the already poor accuracy of such an attack and it fires wildly into the cieling. Spoink is content to renew its mental assault.

    The new round begins with both pokemon Glaring at each other awaiting their commands. Spoink starts off, infuriated by its possible paralysis and launches itself towards its Foe, colliding with force and sending it flying but before the Voltorb can hit the wall it was heading for it flashes and vanishes. Migo hears the sound of the voltorb reappearing somewhere in the Casino but unable to immediately reach it takes out its aggression on the Nearby Machines. Emerging out into the Fountain area while its enemy simply rests.

    Im in shock....how the hell can a psychic pokemon exist without teleport....but apparently a spoink can!

    oh well...ill make due......you are being quite lax Charles, do not take me lightly...

    Alrighty Migo, lets be unorthadox. Since we need to get up to that orb who feels it is unnecessary to do anything this round, lets start things off with a "Psycho-Leap" (Bounce+Psychic), as you are no in the open area, to propel yourself as close as you can to that orb, landing on the closest floor you can possibly reach, hopefully the top one hes on, but its ok if you cant make it that high. Then, when you land, i want you to grab him with a psychic and throw him over the end...im going to enjoy watching that orb fall five stories to the ground below....mwahahahahaha!

    Intent on taking it easy Orb 007 decides that he's in no real rush and takes it easy, rocking gently as it sees its trainer emerge from the elevator. When It turns round however it sees something rather unexpected. A glowing Spoink shoots up past the edge of the floor and begins to hang in mid-air, glowing while it turns, searching for its opponent and glaring when he finds it.
    The voltorb realises he has been seen yet still tries to do nothing. Content to simply watch Migo slowly begin to levitate towards it, once it has reached the floor it stops its concentration and lands on the ground, bouncing lightly on its spring.
    Once more Orb007 decides to take a break, or rather its trainer does. The pokemon itself looks a little worried and this increases as the Spoink begins to glow again, and this time, so does Orb007 as it is lifted into the air. With a gesture from Migo, the Voltorb begins to fly towards the edge of the balcony and sure enough goes sailing over the edge and plummets to the ground hard.
    The round ends with Voltorb in a Crater on the floor while Spoink looks down at it from a balcony.

    ROUND 6 BEGINS!

    Glaring up at its opponent as the Spoink dissapears back over the railing, Orb007 flashes again and teleports back up to the balcony to find Migo concentrating, a Psychic aura glowing around it but nothing seems to happen, at least for now.
    Seeing its opponent is now back up to its level Migo concentrates, intent on flinging the Voltorb back over the railing. It doesnt go according to plan however and Voltorbs surface seems to turn shiny, reflecting the power of the attack back on Migo and doing huge damage.
    Building confidence, but still feeling Defensive Orb007 decides to end the round by setting up a Light Screen. Unable to create the Dome it was instructed it still manages a good sized shield infront of itself. Migo decides to try once more to throw its opponent but feels its muscles lock up as the paralysis takes effect for the first time.

    Migo, lets have fun, TORMENT!...that ends the rest of his round,lol...so what do do with the orb...jsut inc ase your paralyzation comes in, torment again, but if you got him at first, then hit him with Facade x2(the second one for the second move in case torment didnt work at first) to knock him over the edge again. SHOULD you knock him over in the second move....i want you to Bounce down and land right on him....supposing you knocked him over with the second action.

    ROUND 7 BEGINS!

    Intent on doing some major damage this round Orb007 launches a Thunder attack to kick off the round. Spoink can do nothing to avoid it but as the Move ends it sticks its tongue out and insults its opponent in its own language. Although a little Crude the Torment attack works which means it cant attack in the next round. Spoink also seems to be looking around expecting something but nothing happens.
    Shrugging (as best a spoink can) it begins to charge forward but feels its muscles lock up, the Paralysis from earlier striking once more but feels confident as it feels something coming. Perhaps it will be able to attack after all as it senses the Future sight it launched in the earlier round. Unfortunately its foe also sees it and the reason for ordering Mirror coat becomes clear. The attack hits home but Migo winces as it sees the energy reflected back towards it in one powerfull blast.
    Now starting to develop a severe disliking of Mirror Coat Migo charges again, this time unemcumbered by paralysis and dives headlong into a Facade attack. Luckily Orb007 has lightscreen up, and also remembers that Torment only stops you using the same move in a row, not for the round and charges another Thunder attack. The two collide as it is launched and Spoink reels backwards from the electric attack while Voltorb, although slighlty less hurt thanks to the light screen which is shattered thanks to the raised attack of Facade, is sent once more sailing off into the abyss, landing hard and creating another crater. Ending a round of Huge damage on both sides.

    Feeing proud of its performance despite taking a heft beating in that last round Migo is content to simply rest and wait for its opponent to make a move which it promptly does with a flash. Appearing once more with a Teleport.
    Seeing its foe arrive Spoink prepares to attack.....but how? How is he expected to use a Snore attack when he's not asleep? Migo fails to notice Orb007 charging up and releasing an electric attack which, rather than hurting simply worsens the Paralysis on the already stricken Spoink.
    Migo once again tries desperately to attack its foe but simply cannot due to the nature of the attack and he grimaces as he sees Voltorb charging in towards him, colliding hard and continuing to roll through its opponent with the momentum, sending both pokemon tumbling through the air. Orb 007 is used to this by now and simply sighs while Migo wriggles desperately to try and catch something but inevitably, there are now 4 craters in the floor.

    Alrighty Migo, lets see if we can hold off this Orb until the next round....Hes trying to take you out this round, but we wont let that happen...quickly, before he can attack you with that thunder, use Extrasensory, see if we cant make him flinch...hopefully your muscles wont lock up, and i want you to hit him hard, taking the thunderbolt, but smacking him with a Facade. End the round quickly with Endure....hopefully you can stay awake till the next round...

    Realising this could be the end of its opponent Orb007 decides to move in for the kill and prepares a Thunder attack. Hoping to interrupt Migo launches an Extrasensory attack which hits for good damage and Luckily for the little Pig pokemon manages to make its opponent flinch.
    Encouraged by this it goes on the attack, once more using a Facade attack which connects, but not before its hit by a Thundebolt. Leaving Migo crispy and Orb007 recovering from the hit.
    Hoping to finish things off Voltorb charges up another Thunder. Migo this time realises this could be it and Braces himself. Preparing himself as much as possible as the powefull electric attack hits home. Just as he feels he is about to fall the attack ends and Migo sighs as he realises he has survived, for now.

    Happy simply not to have fainted Migo's eyes glow blue and he concentrates on lifting its opponent rather than simply attacking. A blue aura surrounds Orb007 as it turns reflective, but with no actual force to reflect the Mirror Coat fails and the Voltorb goes sailing across the room crashing into a slot machine.
    Suddenly worried, and with no way of countering it Orb007 is slammed twice more and lies in a defeated heap on the floor.
    The Refferee raises his Flag. "Voltorb is unable to battle. Spoink Wins this Round!"

    A Casino....devoid of any life save the two combatants. Poker tables, slot machines, everything is there, and anything can be used as a weapon...though at the refs discretion as to how....for example, a hoppip cant be expected to lift a slot machine and throw it, but a spoink can psychically throw it...the casino is also five stories tall with a grand fountain in the center...so falling from a higher level can also damage a pokemon...
    The ground floor has the wreckage of a Slot Machine crushed against one wall. Other Various machines smashed by an Angry Spoink and now has 4 Craters in the floor.

    ROUND 11 BEGINS!

    Orb007 is recalled by its trainer after putting up a great fight and is replaced by a Corphish. It glares at the ref, recognising its former trainer and angry that it was never used in battle before.
    Trying his best to ignore it, the Ref drops his flag and the next round gets underway. In a tremendous show of Overconfidence the Little Lobster receives only one attack from its Trainer though to its credit it performs it well, launching a bubble attack towards Migo. Migo for his part is well prepared and the attack hits something mere inches from the Spoink. A barrier to protect itself from the attack.
    Now grinning with confidence Migo advances on its opponent coughing up a blob of toxins that seep into the unfortunate lobster pokemon.
    Going for more damage Migo charges up an Electric shockwave attack but it seems summoning the electricity has triggered its paralysis and its muscles freeze. Unable to launch the attack.
    Crawler breaths a sigh of releif but has the damage already been done!

    Just to let you know i Ref toxic as +2 damage instead of Double each round like some do. So its 2,4,6,8,10 etc. I figure 2,4,8,16,32 might be a bit too high.
