Ok Fara Mimic the Safeguard and then use it for your next attack or as you Mimic it (is not sure how ref will ref it). If you have two moves use a Psybeam and finish with a Psychic to throw the rocks back. If you only have one move, use Psychic.

ROUND ONE

The two gym leaders, Chris 2.0 and River, meet one another in the luscious valley, eager to battle one another for the first time. River, the challenger of this epic battle, chooses her first pokemon wisely. Excitedly, the young trainer tosses the poke ball high into the air; the ball explodes in midair, summoning a small purple cat pokemon who meows gracefully upon appearing. Chris ponders choosing his honchkrow, but decides to fight fair, summoning his large grass pokemon, a meganium.

The meganium, named Eterna, begins the round by closing her eyes and erecting a protective veil to consume her (-7% - Eterna). Meanwhile, Fleeinfara jots the strange manuever down in a notebook in her mind before performing the technique as well, draining more of her energy (-10% - Fleeinfara).

Both pokemon, now safe from any status anomalies for at least a few rounds, begin charging up their first attacks. Eterna calls forth a concentrated orb of nature-based energy, while Fleeinfara conjures a solid beam of concentration. Fleeinfara is the first to act, firing off her concentrated beam of mental energy which crashes forcefully into Eterna (-7% - Eterna; -4% - Fleeinfara). Eterna staggers back and inadvertently fires off her attack prematurely. The ball of grass energy flings through the air before crashing into the petite psychic pokemon (-8% - Fleeinfara; -5% - Eterna).

Fleeinfara quickly picks herself up and waits patiently for Eterna to fire off her next attack. Eterna takes a few seconds to ready herself, then concentrates on the various rocks around her, lifting them up with her mind. Instantly, she hurls five rocks into the air, each aimed at Fleeinfara (-6% - Eterna). As they sail through the air, Fleeinfara manages to hold three of them off with her telekinesis, and hurls them back in Eterna's direction before the first two crash into her (-4% - Fleeinfara; -6% - Fleeinfara). The three rocks that Fleeinfara successfully redirected then crash into Eterna harshly (-4% - Eterna), forcing her to stagger backwards.

ROUND TWO

Thinking happy thoughts, Fleeinfara, the espeon, becomes motivated in striking her much larger adversary. As Fleeinfara charges towards Eterna like a metaphorical bat out of metaphorical hell, the dinosaur-esque grass pokémon remains firm, keeping collected and readying herself for Fleeinfara's harsh embrace. As the small, psychic pokémon collides into Eterna harshly, yet happily (-7% - Eterna; -5% - Fleeinfara), Eterna immediately counteracts by heaving the smaller cat pokémon high into the air; Fleeinfara squeals frightfully as her opponent tosses her through the air like a docile rag doll, and collapses on the ground with a loud and painful thud (-11% - Fleeinfara; -7% - Eterna).

With Fleeinfara staggering to pull herself together, Eterna acts quickly, and shoots, from her flowery mane, a collection of venomous seeds that affix themselves onto the espeon's fur (-6% - Eterna). The seeds act swiftly as several vines grow from them instantly. Though they appear to cause more damage than they actually do, Fleeinfara pays them no mind as she conjures up another psychedelic concentration of mental energy. The beam of pure mind-based energy storms through the air quickly before colliding with the mammoth, Eterna (-7% - Eterna; -5% - Fleeinfara). Fleeinfara coldly sweats as some of her life force is slowly drained away (-1% - Fleeinfara).

Struggling, Fleeinfara closes her eyes and concentrates on the area around her. Slowly, the waters from the pond and the grasses from the valley slowly merge into a collectively concussive force, shattering the skies as they sail harshly into the meganium without hesitation (-10% - Eterna; -9% - Fleeinfara). Eterna cries as her body falters backward, before shooting from her grassy mane a collection of vine whips that successfully rope around Fleeinfara, sapping her energy away much more efficiently than the lecherous seeds (-8% + -1% - Fleeinfara; +4% + +2% - Eterna; -6% - Eterna).

Alright 'fara, first I want you to use a Flash on dear Eterna. Make sure you move so she doesn't know where you are. Then use a Psychic to slam her into the lake. As she is there, use another Psychic to hold her under the surface and just cause her a great deal of pain while she's under there.

ROUND THREE

The third round begins as Eterna summons the elements around her into a conglomerated ball of energy similar to the attack that struck her. Before she can successfully fire off her attack, however, Fleeinfara brightens her eyes and fires off a bright white light directly in Eterna's field of vision (-4% - Fleeinfara). Eterna staggers back, and immediately fires off her attack in frustration. The attack is quick, much more than Fleeinfara had anticipated, however. As she forcefully leaps out of the way, the attack only manages to scathe across her backside, causing light damage (-5% - Fleeinfara; -9% - Eterna). (-1% - Fleeinfara).

Fleeinfara shakes off the effects of the previous attack, and closes her eyes, using her mind to grip onto the large grass pokémon. Using telepathy to pick up normal objects isn't too taxing on a pokémon; however, Eterna has the advantage of being sentient, and Fleeinfara struggles to lift up the large green beast (-5% - Eterna; -7% - Fleeinfara). Eterna struggles against Fleeinfara's telepathy (-4% - Eterna), and manages to break free of her grasp before hitting the ground with a loud thud. The effect of the fall sent a shivering shockwave of earth-based energy throughout the field. Fleeinfara cries out as the earthquake causes her to falter about (-10% - Fleeinfara; -8% - Eterna). (-1% - Fleeinfara).

Fleeinfara tries once more to lift up the larger pokémon, facing similar tribulations. As Eterna continues to struggle and float through the air, her vision comes back to her slightly. Ecstatically, Eterna focuses her mind on a collection of rocks that were nearby, and lifts them up into the air with her mind. Her struggling no longer persistent, Fleeinfara manages to take advantage of it and hurl Eterna into the lake (-5% - Eterna; -7% - Fleeinfara). The grass pokémon stammers in the water as her feet hit the wet sands a good five feet below; Fleeinfara, now having a headache, is then pelted with the various rocks that Eterna had thrown her way (-8% - Fleeinfara; -8% - Eterna). Eterna, still in the water (but not drowning), feels contempt as she receives the energy that she had been siphoning from Fleeinfara (-1% - Fleeinfara; +3% - Eterna).

Great reffing Grey. Just a note though; Ancientpower does not require physical rocks on the arena unlike rock throw or slide. Descriptions and games suggest the user pulls ancient stones from beneath the earth's surface and hurls them at the foe. For clarifications sake.

Ok it will take her a while to get out of that lake, so use Psychic on yourself (not to damage) to fly into that forest and find a place to hide. Then, take a breather before using a Calm Mind to boost your stats.

ROUND FOUR

Fleeinfara closes her eyes, enveloping her entire frame with her own psychic aura. She does this while her adversary struggles to spring from the lake. In her opponent's adversity, Fleeinfara whisks herself away, deeper into the forest surrounding the beautiful valley (-5% - Fleeinfara). When she finally rests upon the floor, the burning sensation of those damned vines takes its toll once more (-1% - Fleeinfara). Meanwhile, the large dinosaur, Eterna, steps out of the water freely, and scans the area for her cat-like foe.

Fleeinfara cools herself down and takes a moment to breath (-1% - Fleeinfara; +5% - Fleeinfara) as Eterna excretes a exuberant smell from her large, bulky body. Eterna blushes (-2% - Eterna). The odor lingers about sweetly, but due to the distance between them, the smell eventually fades away before even reaching Fleeinfara. But at least it smelt nice, and not like rotten eggs and pizza.

The serene setting does many things to the espeon, Fleeinfara; as her mind is at ease, she begins to feel her mental prowess strengthening (-1% - Fleeinfara; -5% - Fleeinfara). Meanwhile, Eterna, annoyed that her attempt to lure her foe faded away, instead fires off a series of magical leaves that vibrantly display the various colors of the rainbow. An army of Roy G. Biv foliage tears through the air, slashing at the tiny cat forcefully, causing her to yelp in pain (-4% - Fleeinfara; -3% - Eterna). Getting an easy break, Eterna manages to recover some health from her lecherous vines (+3% - Eterna).

Ok, Fara I want you to use your mighty Psychic to make yourself float. Nothing to high, just enough that the E-quake won't effect you. If you can manage it, rip off those dang vines while your at it. Next, well Eterna may be to far away to get you so ff you couldn't before, rip those vines off with a Psychic otherwise use a Swift to make sure you know where she is. Lastly send a Shadow Ball Eterna's way.

ROUND FIVE

Eterna manages to locate her foe in the forest and hobbles closer in hopes to get better range with her next attack. As Fleeinfara senses the impending danger, she once more creates a mental aura around herself. Eterna stands on her hind legs, dropping to the ground harshly to create a violent stream of tremors that tear through the earth (-8% - Eterna). Closer and closer, Fleeinfara manages to evade them by hovering in the air a good few feet (-5% - Fleeinfara). Once more, Eterna is stricken by the vines, and she vows to get rid of them shortly (-1% - Fleeinfara).

The small psychic cat pokémon rests upon the weakened ground before pulling the vines off with her mind, freeing her from their poison (-5% - Fleeinfara; +1% - Eterna). Eterna smirks, however, before slapping said psychic cat with another pair of vines, sapping more strength from Fleeinfara (-8% - Fleeinfara; +4% - Eterna; -6% - Eterna).

Eterna's vines constrict Fleeinfara once more, sapping away at her strength (-8% - Fleeinfara; +4% - Eterna; -6% - Eterna), before retreating safely back to the large grass pokémon. Fleeinfara, annoyed, counterattacks for the first time since the previous round, shooting forth a dark sphere of stale energy that collides with the meganium harshly (-8% - Eterna; -6% - Fleeinfara).
