Taunt Godzilla (this really sounds weird) for starters, then spit a Toxic in its face. Finish with Dark Pulse and slam it into a building!

The ref stepped across the buildings, trying not to tread on any of them. He reached the ref spot and sent out his Buizel. Buizel stretched and also tried not to step on anything. He realised that the battlers were waiting for him. The ref coughed slightly.
“Erm…how long have you two been here?”
One trainer called Mew rolled his eyes. The other one called MeLo sniggered.
“Anyway! This shall be a one verses one Pokemon battle between Mew and MeLo. Please note that moves such as Toxic, Attract and non – damaging healing moves such as Rest and Synthesis are not allowed. Mew.”
Mew nodded. He selected a Pokeball and threw it in the air. It opened and white light spilled out of it. It created a…shiny Charmander? MeLo also selected a Pokeball ad threw it. It opened and created a Murkrow. The ref raised both of his hands then brought them both down, slicing the air.
“Begin!”

The round begins with Irou flying around the arena and saying hurtful remarks about Charmander and his mother. Charmander snarls at this remark and retaliates by breathing fire at the ignorant Murkrow. Irou squawks in surprise and tries to dodge but ends up getting hit by the fire and crash landing on a bridge.

Charmander laughs at the slightly singed Murkrow then crouches on the ground. He clawed into the earth and dug down. He made his way to one of the buildings and waited for the next action. Meanwhile, Murkrow picked herself up and looked around. Where had that Charmander gone? She decided to take to the air and flap around until that f**ker revealed himself.

Murkrow continued to fly around the area when suddenly, a building uprooted itself and fell to the ground, crushing eight small people in the process. Charmander stood where the building once was. He started to run at Murkrow then started to glow blue. He jumped and slammed into Irou. Both fell to the ground. Charmander picked himself up and jumped back. Murkrow got up and screeched at Charmander. She created a small dark ring, which grew bigger with each passing second. When it got big enough, she fired the Dark Pulse at Charmander, who tried to dodge it. He failed.

Just a note, nothing personal, but many Refs (all that I've seen ref Taunt) gives out the time limit so it can help with stratigy for both combatants.

The round begins with Murkrow moving her feet in some sort of slow tango. Charmander started to relax and his muscles began to shrink. However, he still has power left and calls upon the power of his ancestors. As if by magic, rocks uplifted from the earth (causing buildings to topple over) and fly into Irou. Irou landed on the ground and was surrounded by rocks.

Irou stood up and squawked. Then with immense speed, Murkrow flew at Charmander and slammed into him. Charmander was thrown backwards and ploughed the park. Charmander got up and stood on a small bench, crushing the people sitting on it and jumped at Murkrow, putting his full weight into the Body Slam. He smashed into Murkrow and pinned her to the ground.

Murkrow heaved and tried to remove Charmander from on top of her. Finally, she tried her move and disappeared into the shadows. Charmander fell to the ground where Irou was and sat up, quite dazed. Almost immediately, he was thwacked on the head by the shadows. Murkrow reappeared laughing. Charmander felt calmer then earlier, but was still angry enough to breathe blue flames on her.

You can add more Health drainage on these attacks methinks. Your reffing is good, but you seem to take a low HP-drainage for attacks. Sucker punch and body slam could both act for -7 or -8 HP, in my own opinion. You're the ref, but I do think that that's a bit low. 4% attacks are more like Quick attack, Water Gun, etc.

Now, Irou, we shall go for payback.

First, shroud yourself and the field in a Haze. Then use Mud Slap and lower his accuracy even more. Finish with Drill Peck.

I don't want a Honchkrow, I'm not going to evolve my Murkrow. Anyway, it really shouldn't make a difference if you're battling evolved or non-evolved pokemon, but you're the ref.

Evolved Pokemon are stronger than pre - evolved Pokemon. When I get to ref them, I'll add 2-3% extra damage and 1% less energy.

The round begins with Murkrow dropping a dark cloud onto the arena, resetting all stats. Charmander noted where Irou was before the haze and fired an Overheat at that location. It obliterated the haze but missed Irou by an inch.

Charmander frowns and tried to redeem himself by firing a vortex of fire at Murkrow. It hit her and encircled her. She retaliated by digging up some earth and applying wet mud onto her left wing. She flew through the top of the fire vortex and slapped Charmander.

Murkrow, satisfied with what she had done, went in for another strike and pecked a rotation into Charmander. Charmander smiled and smacked Murkrow for huge damage. Murkrow landed on a few more buildings and struggled to get up.

Murkrow flies into the smoke and tries to find Charmander. She was then punched in the back and felt a shock. She fell onto the ground and was unable to move. Yet again, she became enveloped by the fire. It removed the smoke though.
