Another match with another challenger who is vying for a Gym leader position. Rossymore is taking on Darkest Light for the spot; the match will be a normal graveyard with no hidden traps. As I spy from above on my Hover chair I declare the match started. DL throws out a pokeball releasing a small start shaped pokemon while Rossymore’s reveals a small egg like pokemon. Starscream the Cleffa starts off by shrouding himself in a field of white energy. Togepy the Togepi also does the same thing protecting him from harm.

Togepy begins to form a sticky purple goop inside his stomach before spitting it out like a hair ball and he throws it at Starscream. Starscream watches as the goop flies towards him but bounces harmlessly off his shield. He replies by stooping over and makes some evil plans on what he is about to do.

With his last attack failing horribly pours his life force into a small copy of himself which sits of the field ready to take attacks. Starscream responds by charging up a blue, red and yellow beam in his hands before firing the beam at Togepy but only hitting the substitute.

With the substitute blocking his mode of attack against Togepy, Starscream rushes across the field picks up the substitute and throws it into the air before slamming it down back into the ground. Togepy responds by moving its fingers back and forth before creating a magical whip like appendage which rises into the air before slamming down hard on Starscream.

With his substitute still alive Togepy fires a horde of tiny stars across the field and watch as they smack Starscream around the whole scene covered in irony. He responds by picking up the substitute again and throwing it into the air and laughs as it explodes into a million pieces.

As his substitute goes down after a violent round of attacks, Togepy becomes a little scared so he creates 4 clones of himself which shuffle around Togepy and begin to poke their tongues out at Starscream. Starscream lets out a yell as he rushes at the group of Togepy’s and slams straight through what he thinks is the real deal but is only met by a clone.

Ok StarScream, live up to your name. Hunker down, close your eyes and squeeze them tight and cover them with your hands or something. While like that, use Shockwave. That rids us of the clones.

Stay like that and use Light Screen. That avoids the Light Screen and the Counter.

Then spring up and use Flamethrower. That gets the Sunny Day to be useful for us.

Togepy taking no disrespect from any other pokemon lets out a giant flash from seemingly nowhere lighting up the whole field like the sun. Starscream closes his eyes avoiding the flash and then uses his mind to charge up a small bolt of lightning in his hands and uses his mind powers to direct it at Togepy wiping out the clones as well.

With his eyes closed still Starscream uses more of his psychic powers to create a shield of energy in front of him to try and stop attacks from hitting him. Togepy once again Togepy lets out another flash of light from his shell, Starscream tries to resist but ultimately opens his eyes letting the bright light in.

Starscream still bounces around feeling good with himself he opens his mouth and lets out a huge spurt of flame which flies through the air but before making contact with Togepy he creates a small shield of energy in front of him causing the flame to bounce off the shield making it useless.

Then looking to the heavens above Togepy begins to collect sunlight in a tiny little ball before it grows larger and larger. Before too long the beam becomes a massive sphere of pure sun energy Togepy then releases this energy slamming back Starscream. He responds by making his own little ball of green energy and fires it at Togepy.

Wagging his fingers back and forth before a bright light flashes across the field and Togepy fires a huge ball of dark green energy which zips from side to side as it hits Starscream. He also imitates Togepy and ticks his fingers back and forth like a metronome before another flash appears this time generating a small aura of brown energy around Starscream as he rushes in and punches Togepy.
