This is a standard 3 on 3 match between newcomer Articuno and veteran Blademaster. The fight will be taking place in a standard Indigo Plateau arena, both trainers send out their pokemon Articuno releasing a small Larvitar while Blademaster sends out a Grotle by the name of Koopa trooper.

Larvitar starts out by whipping up a giant storm of sand and debris causing it to cover the field in sand. Koopa Trooper responds by firing a small ball of green energy which flies through the storm and hits Larvitar with a massive amount of force.

Larvitar follows up the storm by beginning to move faster as he ducks through the storm trying to hide himself. But to no avail Koopa still sees Larvitar and fires a huge seed at him which explodes on contact.

Severely hurt by the barrage of grass attacks Larvitar decides to fight back and calls down a mass of rocks onto Koopa. He just shrugs it off and fires a large storm of leaves which cut through the storm as well as through Larvitar.

Both pokemon get right into it and start pumping them selves up, Koopa opting to increase his attack and defense while Larvitar just concentrates on defense.

Not wasting anytime Larvitar runs over to Koopa and opens his tiny little mouth and clamps it down on Koopa’s head. He responds by looking to the sun and uses his powers over nature to bring out the sun causing it to shine its hot rays upon the field.

Once again Koopa starts off by drawing in power from another realm to boost his own strength; Larvitar takes no notice and lets out a loud screech which rings in Koopa’s ears.

With his ears still ringing with the annoying buzzing sound, Koopa unleashes a volley of tiny sharp leaves which fly through the air towards Larvitar. But just before these leaves make contact with him Larvitar erects a green and white barrier which blocks the whole attack.

Koopa takes no notice of it and just lies down on the ground and has a rest. Dratini is infuriated by this and blows a thin flame towards Koopa covering his whole body in fire.

Feeling a little more relaxed Koopa fires a seed from his own body at Dratini, but before it can connect with Dratini he puts up an impenetrable barrier of energy and watches as the seed bounces harmlessly off it.

It starts off by firing a beam of ice which hits Dratini freezing its body. He responds by shooting a small bolt of lightning which cackles over Luma’s body paralysing it.

With his substitute been blown into a million pieces Treecko runs over to Luma and begins draining its energy with his mouth. Luma manages to shake it off and blasts him with a violent storm of ice and snow.
