This fight is between Classy Cat and Unbraced in Winona’s gym I am reffing this match. Both fighters throw out their pokeballs both revealing 2 tiny little birds. Skye starts off the match by splitting his image into 5 creating 4 copies of herself. Taillow responds by disappearing then reappearing behind Skye and his copies ploughing through them before hitting him.

Skye in slight disappointment of her clones going away tries the same tactic Taillow used before; he picks up speed and races towards him. He responds by making a barrier in front of him which blocks the whole attack.

With his shield protecting him from the sludge Skye drops it and flies up into the sky, while Taillow just flies to the position where Skye was only moments ago.

With his opponent no where to be seen Taillow takes a small nap on the ground to regain some energy. Skye high in the sky spots Taillow beneath and charges at him and slams his body into what he thinks is the real deal but instead destroys a clone.

Getting off to a quick start Skye flaps his wings releasing a horde of stars which fly towards Taillow. Before making contact Taillow puts up a shield which blocks all the stars making them useless.

As the shield drops Taillow flies in with great speed and hits Skye, loosing a bit of speed in the air Skye regains it and goes in and slashes one of the other Taillows’ flying around. Unfortunately it was only a clone which disappears on contact.

With the clone being destroyed rather then hitting Taillow, Skye is a bit pissed off and rushes in once again this time managing to make a hit on Taillow causing him to lose focus as well as his clones. Taillow responds by splashing Skye with a toxic goo.

As the toxic poison runs through his veins weakening his body Skye tries his hardest and focuses his energy managing to purge the poison from his system. Taillow responds by going in low and slashes Skye with his wings.

Skye gets the round started by flapping his wings with vicious ferocity and creates a giant twister which then rages towards Taillow and this him. He responds by releasing a wave of flames which wash over Skye.

Taillow rushes in once again this time with a huge attack which greatly damages him and pushes Skye back. Suddenly Skye covers himself in a silvery coat then suddenly remembers how to use the same move and bashes his body into Taillow.

As the new ref steps in, Taillow starts making his wings glow before charging at Skye, knocking him around a bit. Skye takes the time to stabilize himself before calling upon the power hidden within him. A small ball of energy forms in front of him, growing larger and turning black. The Dark-typed sphere flies off and hits Taillow with decent power.

Both Pokémon come in for a landing now, as they both sit down and rest their health up. Both Pokémon, however, have now run dry on raw energy and are being forced to draw from the health that they just recovered.

Taillow manages to get his next attack off first again, mustering his happy energy to strike Skye with decent power. In response, Skye powers himself up and rushes straight at Taillow, hitting him so hard that Skye takes a bit of damage himself. Both Pokémon adjust themselves and get ready for the next round.

Taillow, knowing his Hidden Power has a strength in this battle, charges up another ball of it and gets ready to launch it. He looks, aims, and fires it to hit...air?! Skye managed to fly up into the sky in time to completely avoid the attack.

Not wanting to stop there, Skye angles down and charges Taillow with the attack portion of his move. Taillow gets knocked back, but stays still as he rests his body to regain some energy.

Not wanting to be shown up again, Taillow pulls another Hidden Power of his out, this time firing it before Skye can get a chance to evade. It hits, and Skye feels the pain, but he turns and flies by with a fast slash of air.

Taillow goes to move, but Skye moves much faster and rams Taillow with a fairly light blow. Taillow then focuses and creates three clones of himself, dancing around to confuse Skye.

Skye isn't sure which one is real, but he randomly chooses one and hurtles himself towards it. The satisfying sound of his wings hitting a real body delights him, as he watches Taillow simply sit down and rest.

Taillow continues to sit, this time putting the last of his energy into recovering health, although it doesn't seem to be especially effective. Skye is out of raw energy too, but he takes a bit of health to focus on locating the real Taillow among the clones. He once again launches himself at Taillow, this time not as surprised when he rams into a real body.
