This battle is between MeLoVeGhOsTs and Crystal Tears, it is also entirely underwater. Both fighters are wearing large cumbersome diving suits while I the ref have opted for a leaky submarine WHICH IS AWESOME. Both trainers open pokeballs one releasing a medium sized blue turtle while the other sends out small penguin that looks ready to fight. A la Mode gets things started by pouring some of her life energy into a tiny little effigy which she then places in front of her in the hopes it will block some attacks. Penelo doesn’t take much notice as she looks like she is sweating, before long a thin silvery coat of metal covers her body then turns translucent acting like a second skin.

Behind her substitute wall A la Mode begins to feel like she can do anything, so opening her beak she yawns loudly which releases a tiny little cloud which floats over towards Penelo. As the cloud reaches Penelo it puffs into nothing at all and Penelo’s eyes start to droop down a little. Her response is to rush over to A la Mode’s substitute and gives it a swift punch in the gut.

Not too happy with her last attack being absorbed by the stupid doll he charges up another attack, this time ramming her head into the doll hoping it would be destroyed but no such luck. A la Mode just picks up a few rocks from the ocean floor and drops them on top of Penelo trapping her underneath a ton of stone.

If you're still awake, use Iron Defense again, if not, just relax and sleep. If you happen to fall asleep before you dig under, relax until after grass knot, hopefully those rocks will keep you covered then use Sleep Talk.

With her opponent almost in her trap A la Mode takes this time to set up a small ring of water around her which she hopes will heal her. Penelo just tries her best to stay awake and begins tunnelling into the ground kicking dust into the water above her making the water murky.

While in the ground Penelo tries her hardest to stay awake but the yawn from before takes over her and forces Penelo into a deep sleep. A la Mode tries swimming around for a bit looking for her opponent then spying something out of the corner of her eye she fires a ball of knotted up grass at the possible Penelo but unfortunately it wasn’t her and the ball just harmlessly floated off.

With her foe still hiding under the ground A la Mode creates some more vines and then lashes them around the sleeping Penelo dragging him out into the open and the flinging him around a bit. As he slowly touches back to the ocean floor Penelo lets out a loud snore which forms into another Penelo, this cloudy apparition begins flailing towards A la Mode and hits the Substitute with a full on body slam causing it to break.

Penelo fidgets around on the sand some more and finally wakes up and splits his image into five creating four clones of himself in an effort to try and confuse A la Mode. However she isn’t fooled and gives a quick slash at Penelo which flies through all the clones and hits Penelo without fail.

Finally having her opponent where she wants him A la Mode reaches into herself and pulls out a light purple wave of ghostly energy which floats across the field and smacks around Penelo. His response is to take the blast from the attack and retreats into his shell to strengthen his defenses.

A la Mode opens up her tiny little beak and starts shrieking at the top of her lungs sending forth a loud screeching pulse which heads for Penelo. Just before it can reach her however Penelo starts pouring her life energy into a small doll and hides behind it. The new substitute takes the whole supersonic blast and just sits there unaffected by it.

Looking at the substitute and thinking that her last attack hit home A la Mode charges up another attack this time a small beam of light green energy which whizzes through the water and makes contact with the substitute battering it around a bit. Penelo ducks out form behind the substitute quickly and tries to attack but due to the limitations put on the match is unable to.

Still thinking that Penelo is just sitting their looking like an idiot A la Mode sends another attack at the sub this time a small swarm of stars which rams themselves into the substitute bouncing it around a little. Penelo just yawns releasing a small cream coloured cloud which pushes through the water before hitting A la Mode and puffing into thin air, this attack suddenly makes A la Mode very drowsy.
