This is my first battle in a long time, so let's make it a good one!

This will be a 2 vs 2 battle.
Abilities will be active.
I will send first, and my opponent will attack first.
The DQ time is one week.

The arena will be an abandoned train station. We will be positioned on the arrival platform, directly next to the building. All of the doors/windows to the building will be both locked and boarded shut. No trains will be coming in or out, nor will the tracks be active in any way.

For this battle, I will be using my male Zangoose, who has the ability Immunity.

I will take this as your opponent!

I choose Lina my shiny female Lucario! She has the Inner Focus Ability.

Seeing as you are one of my more acrobatic pokemon, I shall use it to my advantage. First, send a Focus Blast really quick into the platform, making pieces of the platform fly into the air, creating a shield for any incoming attacks. Then use Psychic on the pieces of the platform and fling them at Zangoose. If there are any pieces still in the air, use them as a leeway to get yourself in the air, giving yourself enough room, time, and enough of a distractrion to land a powerful Cross Chop.

Ok, Zangoose, time to play this smart. While Lucario is busy breaking the floorboards, go ahead and use Double Team.
Then, I want you to use Flamethrower. Aim it toward Lucario, but make sure to burn some of the floorboards first.
For your third move, I want you, and any remaining clones, to surround Lucario and hit her with a Dynamic Punch.

===Round 1===

A desolate train station. One of the many routes around the area that have been closed due to budget cuts. Yet, this seems like the idea spot for a battle, to two wayward trainers. Out form DCM's corner comes a Lucario, focused and ready to battle. Equally as charged is a Zangoose, released by a new return to ASB, ryandude713.

Both Pokemon are issued orders, and the match starts. Lina raises her hands above her head and Focuses a massive amount of energy into the air. When the ball is massive enough-she flings is straight down. The energy expands rapidly-tearing up the platform in front of her and almost engulfs Zangoose, who hops back. While this blast is still smoldering, Zan splits into 5 forms, and the group watch as the debris seemingly float around Lucario as it heads downward due to gravity.

Lina didn't like the new 5 on one odds, and she showed it with waves of her hand. The 5 Zangeese scattered all over as planks went flying every which way, trying to discern the real one. Lina's Psychic powers were prety impressive, she was able to fling most of the still falling debris away at the clones and dispel 2 out of the 5. But the three that remained had reached within striking distance, and begun shooting out flames.

The fires burned the incoming planks, hence adding to their survival, and now they were forcing Lina to pull back as she was being burned alive by them.

Pissed that fire was brought into the match so early, Lina looked as the Zangeese encircled her in a triangle formation. Not many pieces of debris were left, so she had to make each move count. She took one step forward, crouched, and lunged, reaching one larger falling piece.She backflipped off of that piece and headed straight for one of the three clones, hand glowing as she kept it close to her body.

Within striking distance, Zangoose and co all swung a wild haymaker. All three haymaker punches met with Lina's one Cross Chop (done laterally, so as to cover more area), but only one felt like an actual connection. The force wave that was released from the connecting attack was powerful enough to wipe away a clone.

Both Pokemon clashed with each other, and the resulting energies forced them to jump away, each holding their respective hands. Lina was confused, how did that not work?

DarkestLight, that was poetry. I'm going to try my damnedest to get you nominated for a Pulitzer, or at the very least a TeenNick HALO Award.

Alright Zangoose, you're doing phenomenal.
Start off this round by using Thunder Wave.
Next, I want you to wait a little bit for him to make his move. If you see him attacking from a distance, rush in and use [b]Rock Smash. If he stays nearby, and attacks you close up, use Counter.
Finally, get up close and use Seismic Toss. Make sure you land on the train tracks.

Mmkay well we dont like paralysis much, so we should probably use Agility and get away from that treacherous wave of zappy stuffs. Anywho, after that, since our speed should be raised, we will be quicker than them, therefor, not giving enough time for them to rush in with their rock smash. Use Focus Blast to push him back to where he belongs... Apparently he is gonna try and get up close.... use Psychic and throw him on those tracks.

The match continues, but Lina seems a bit confused. That last attack still had her pondering the physics of it all. As such, she did not pay attention to Zangoose and his hidden treachery. He clacked his claws fast enough to induce sparks-one of which flew the distance and encumbered Lina.

Lina fell to one knee and growled. knowing this was not how things needed to go.

Still kneeling, Lina looked as Zangoose watched her from afar. Both the Zangeese actually. They seemed to be laughing at her, and that's when she got her clue. One of them was standing on a plank. The other was in the exact same pose...but not on a plank! She smirked, and flexed her muscles. Yes movement.

Seeing the Lucario was able to move, both 'geese dashed at the femme fatale. Lima was ready, and Focused her energy into a massively charged sphere. The 'geese, having closed the distance between them threw a punch at the last second. Lina lurched forward from that strike, and the Blast fell right on both 'geese, blasting him far back.

The Zangeese crashed back onto the station platform, feeling like his body was breaking from the power of that blast. Lina raised one hand from her position, and flung away the Zangoose, making sure to hit his head on the tracks. The audible clang sounds as if something broke on Zangoose, but as Lina leaned over to see how the crumpled body of her adversary looked, Zangoose grabbed her by her right foot and yanked. Hard.

Pulling her inward as he rotated on his heels, the pair entered a swift spin, Lima being unable to grab anything to stop. When he felt that their speed was great enough, he released Lina, and the Pokemon went soaring across the tracks, into the other side of the terminal-through wood and nails.

Onward he walked, on the tracks, headed toward the downed Lucario.

Zangoose kicked away some loose debris as he walked over to Lina. Lina barely regained her bearings before she saw the white form coming toward her. She rolled backwards in order to create some space, but Zangoose was everywhere. Lina stood up and dashed around, but there was a Zangoose here and there and everywhere. Seeing no escape Lina stopped moving, and just raised her fists.

Stopping her close quarter Agility session, Zangoose smiled, having her surrounded 5 to 1.

Lina clenched her teeth and fell to one knee, as that paralysis seemed to take hold. Zangoose smiled-and began to charge up a nice fiery red. Lina smirked, and then dashes for one of the Zangeese. She swung, and punched wood-blasting it apart. the Clone evaporated, and Lina turned to see fire in all its encasing glory crash into her.

This time, Lina actually fell on her stomach, unable to move. Zangoose did not take any chances, and charged up a second fiery ball. Lina just closed her eyes and screamed as the fires consumed her body. She knew she could survive it, she just didn't know how she felt about the burns on her back.

Use Flamethrower in triplicate.
If at any time she tries to use Psychic on you, Mimic it and use it to fling her into the station. If she tries to use Double Team spread the Flamethrower around to catch as many of the clones as you can. If she uses Rain Dance, use Thunderbolt instead of Flamethrower.

Lina took a moment to focus herself. She had to get around that Zangoose, or her goose was cooked. So, when the Zangoose came close enough to fry her, she split to the left, jumping over broken pieces of the station. Zangoose followed, lighting up her trail, but she successfully evaded him for now.

The Zangeese continued to give chase, and Lina decided to fake them out. She jumped backwards, inadvertently going through a clone. Zangoose and the other clones turned, but were privy to a Cross Chop from the crafty Lucario.

Or would have been, had she not fell over after she landed, crippled by paralysis. Zangoose ended Lina's fight by setting the Lucario ablaze.

The Zangeese moved some planks about as Lina was recalled. THey seemed intrigued as their next competitor took shape, a flatter shape that usual. Ohh M's Sparks didn't take kindly to anyone taking her for granted, and she howled to make sure they knew she meant business.

She immediately raised her head and began to use her electric prowess to bend and warp light around her safely, but she found something so ...endearing abut the Zangeese in front of her. They all had awesome qualities..

Glad that Ms. Sparks was under his spell, Zangoose now tried to cripple the electric dog with a Thundewave, It struck her and she loved the feeling of electricity wrapping around her body. She lovingly delivered the same course of action, though hers was more potent and game changing, as Zangoose was knocked to the floor, and the clones eradicated.

Oh no! Was that too rough. Foregoing orders, Sparks ran over to her white knight and began to help him up. Although he did grab her head kinda hard, almost like his claws were crushing her skull, but he was able to stand again. She shook off this impending dissyness, and wagged her tail, happy to see him up and ready.

Zangoose was a sly catch. Ms Sparks was well aware of this fact, as he smirked, a fang hanging out the side of his mouth, She seemed to be in dream boat heaven, and she yipped for joy, even as she was punched in the face. Shattering energy was no easy task, and yet Zangoose did it with such..perfection that she couldn't be mad at him.

The white marauder continued his brazen woman-beating streak with a show off series of poses, all the while moving in closer to her. She swung out and struck her with a swift jab, which kinda knocked some sense into her. Enough for her to fire off a Thunderbolt as a "Yer moving too fast buddy " sort of way. But that Punch had a secondary effect.

Zangoose felt his body seize up, almost involuntarily. O damn, Sparks's Static ability came into effect. Sucks for Zan.

Zan kept his hand hanging at his side, but for now, that paralysis was running rampant. He hissed as Sparks yipped around him, and fired a second Thunderbolt out of joy that her man was not beating her anymore. Oh this was going to be great...

Slinking down to all fours, Zangoose kinda pawed his way near Ms Sparks, who yipped and flipped for joy, this was a fantasy come true for her. She loved it so much that she had to do it herself. She dragged herself on the floor just as stealthily, and Zangoose..looked over right before he tried to go to sleep.

But you can't go to sleep after you see a sexy beast like THAT! That causes...complications!

Unable to rest, Zangoose just fretted around the broken boards of the station, in awe of this female Electrike. The pup was overjoyed she had someone to share moments with and the two cuddled.

Zan was more enamored at this point, and well, all the clinging got to Electrike. Zan fell over, from shock of being left by his loved one...as well as a hefty Thunder that rained down from the heavens. She smirked, that ove she felt earlier...whoo it was turning into a different beast altogether.

Zangoose looked at Ms Sparks. How awesome would it be to be able to dream about beauty like hers. Zan nodded as in if approval of that idea, and tried to rest, but he swore he heard someone call him a poor man Rikki Tikki Tavi. That riled him up pretty fast. No one calls Ms Sparks an ugly ass African Mongoose!

Ms Sparks thinks he may have associated that incorrectly, but it had the desired effect....maybe?

Again, failing at Sleep, Zan just went for the person that said those mean thngs. Surely not his baby. He ran over to her and patted her head. She responded by lightly biting onto his long claws, and forcing a Thunderrific manicure.

Zan fell onto his side, exhausted. But he was still breathing, though it was smoky. Sparks ran over. Somewhere, deep down, there was still love there. It was small and dwindling though. Zan held out his hand for forgiveness, but was stuck in place now.

For a moment, it seemed Ms Sparks once again knew what love was. She bounded over to her soulmate, trying one last time to make things work. Zan picked her up, despite her crackling body and hugged her so tight it felt like her life was being zapped away. That kinda made it clear..

He was just too damn clingy.

Zan clapped for joy, and then fell over, from the paralysis. Miss Sparks decided to end him. The sky crackled as she howled for deliverance. Zan watched as the desolate train track suddenly caught a new breath of life into them. An electric field seemed to rise from the ground itself, and its main power supply...

...well that came careening on him like a train spike through soft earth. Zan goose rose up, archng his back so much it seemed it would snap in two....and then he was still.

Substitute, then Toxic, then Earth Power.

If after you use Substitute, she tries to use Ice Fang, launch a Flamethrower into her mouth.
If after you use Substitute, she tries to use Iron Tail, use Flamethrower on her tail.
If she uses Magnet Rise, switch your Earth Power to Rock Tomb.

Alright! Use Taunt first to get rid of that nasty substitution. After that use a combo move. Use Aerial Ace and Ice Fang! That way it wont miss, you will be speedy, and you will lamd a powerful move!

===Round 9===

Ryan recalls his Zangoose and decides for a type advantage. Out crashes a Rhyhorn, who makes no time for pleasantries. Already, she's mashing wood left and right, trying to create a reasonable fascimilie of herself. That stops when she heard that her body was so heavy when she jumped, mass extinctions occurred.

Tempers flared immensely. I dun think Ms Sparks knows what she just did.

Naa. She wasn't playing. She charged forth, not caring about what she was ordered to do before. Sparks sneered and ran for her, lunging, She zipped left, avoiding the head on collision and ended up behind Rhyhorn.

As the rocky beast skidded to a stop, Ms Sparks hopped from plank to plank and rammed into her side, almost tipping her over. Aiming for her right foreleg, she bit down and send cold chills through Rhyhorn's body. Rhyhorn flipped Sparks away and steadied herself...she was brimming with rage.

Pleased with her successful strike Ms Sparks struts around for a second. No seriously, it was a second. Rhyhorn needed that time to focus her attack. It came up like a geyser, sending Sparks flying off the train tracks and to the other side of the station, atop the platform. She landed on her back, next to a pole, dazed. Maybe strutting was not a great idea.

===Round 10===

Feeling like she still has an advantage, Sparks walks around Rhyhorn. The megabeast doesn't try to look nice about what its going to do-all you see is gnashing of jaws. Walking up the stairs to the platform, Rhyhorn's mouth is full of fire. Spotting this, Sparks tries for a Thunderbolt.

The Thunderbot strikes Rhyhorn, but fizzled out. Rhoorn smirks and fries Sparks, trying for her face.

Rhyhorn kept the pressure on, ever so slowly walking toward Sparks. Sparks backed up to the end of the derelict platform, and fired off another Thunderbolt. Again, the bolt struck Rhyhorn, and fizzled out. Rhyhorn smirked, and watched as Sparks cried out with pain from the second series of flames.

When they subsided, she felt the burn on her head.

Pleased with the damage she accrued, Rhyhorn backed off from an all out frontal assault. Not that it mattered any. Sparks dashed right for her once again. Running into a Rock/Ground type is always weird, you run the risk of getting hurt. Sparks didn't fear that, as she bit down on the right rearlimb.

Rhyhorn again kicked her off, and then split into 4 copies. Now things were getting interesting.

Sparks doesn't have a choice now in the matter. Its do or die with a rocky beast from hell. She fires off a Thunderbolt at one of the incoming rocktanks, only to watch it fizzle out of her view. The crackling of flames was heard once again, and the adornment of fire was becoming a new look on her.

Sparks lied on the platform, completely fizzled out. But she had an idea.

The beast of burden was finding this match terrifically easy. She stomped within a few feet of the smaller dog and opened her jaws again, fire crackling. But Sparks was ready...at least she thought she was. She dashed over to Rhyhorn, but found herself trippin' over her own feet in confusion.

Stumbling to a grinding halt, Miss Sparks knew what was next. Yeap. A generous roasting that even caught the platform planks on fire.

Now she was in dire straits. Diving for the Rhyhorn to the left, Sparks lunged and landed on her back! Surprised she picked the right one, she bit down, and tasted...air? No no NO!

She looked down to see the clone fizzle away, leaving her standing on a bench! She backed away, as the real Rhyhorn stood on its hind legs-propped up against the seating. Sparks made to run, but as she lunged off the bench, the flames caught her in mid-flight. She spun into a mass of fire and pain, knowing this was going to be the end of her.

The burn singed (2)...and that pulled her away from consciousness.
