Yes, it's going to be like this:
A five day DQ (you cool with this Grey?)
Banned moves: Toxic, non-damage healing moves (including painsplit). Add anything you like Grey.
Number of pokemon: 3. We'll both send them to the ref and he'll decide which pokemon and who starts off first.
Arena:
Blackthorn City: We all know the place and so does the ref. He'll gladly put us somewhere in Blackthorn city to fight; and then teleport us to another city in Hoenn or Sinnoh (per three rounds).
Any refs?
Time to acknowledge that I am in this battle. D:

*shoots hand in the air* Will ref!
Update?
The delay was my own, I'm afraid. I just PMed my team over to him though, so now it's only a matter of time.
-Grey
MLG will lead off with Jake, his male Hitmontop, while Greyfox will be using Judge Garbranth, his male Blaziken.
As a result of some fun randomizer action, Greyfox will be going first.
Our little skirmish will begin in a dank cave to the north of the city. In the darkness of the Dragon's Den, we stand on a small patch of rock in the middle of a pool of water. Other smaller rocks surround our platform while Dratinis occasionally poke their heads up from beneath the surface to spectate. They'll rescue anyone who falls in, which is a realistic possibility, because our rock is not very big...
We've got a pretty dangerous setting, Judge, but I think we can overcome it: Bulk Up to start with, then Will-o-Wisp. Finally, hit him with a Fire Punch! However, if he tries to knock you into the pool of water, avoid it with Bounce!
-Grey
Fake Out, then set up a substitute. Then Mudslap.

‡ Round 1 ‡
Oooh, the Dragons Den. This ancient cavern tucked with from civilization is rife with history and serves as the home to myriad Dratini and Dragonair, two of the rarest Pokemon known. Yes, it’s a wonder this place has persevered for centuries… and today, we’re going to tear the shit out of this place with a rock ‘em sock ‘em battle! Don’t judge. You’d do the same.
On this narrow patch of rock we have MLG and his Hitmontop, Jake, squaring off against Greyfox and Judge Garbranth, his Blaziken. Guys, this is going to be one for the books!
Jake is off like a beam of light, deking left, deking right, and, before Judge can do anything about it, the wiley Hitmontop strikes the Blaziken in the beak with a swift arm thrust! The move temporarily leaves Judge dazed as he ponders what the hell just happened.
Jake: <-3 EP>
Judge: <-3 HP; Fln>
Shaking off the surprise from that last move, Judge steels himself for the battle. Okay, it’s do over time! He breathes a tiny blue flame that dances across the arena toward Jake, but the Hitmontop is too sly for that. He finds the old shed skin of a Dratini (ewww, dun touch that!) and decides that it will make a suitable Substitute! The timing couldn’t be better as Judge’s little flame strikes the Dratini skin. It’s left looking a little singed, but ultimately unharmed.
Jake: <-10 HP; -5 EP; Sub: 10 HP>
Judge: <-3 EP>
Pleased with his performance thusfar, Jake scoops up a little clod of mud in his little golfball hands and lings it at his opponent. Judge growls. No playing dirty! He sprints toward the Substitute and strikes it with a powerful fiery punching move. A good chunk of the skin’s tail burns away, but other than that, it seems intact.

If it Double Teams, use Aerial Ace.
Use Aerial Ace to dodge his Mud Slap and hopefully take care of that clone. Then Counter his Rock Slide. Finally, Bounce to avoid his Body Slam.

‡ Round 2 ‡
As we enter the next round, Jake repeats a successful tactic by picking up a chunk of gooey mud and hurling it at his foe. Judge, however, is too sly. He leaps into the air, avoiding the mud altogether, and executes a deft landing… right on top of the Dratini skin. Just like that, it crumbles. All of a sudden, Jake is feeling awfully vulnerable.
Jake: <-4 EP; Sub: Broken>
Judge: <-3 EP>
At once, Jake fixes his gaze on the ceiling and lets out a sharp wolf-whistle. As the sound reverberates into the nooks and crags of the cavern, the stalactites overhead suddenly begin to quiver. Then, as cracks sever their connection to the ceiling, several begin to fall right on top of Judge! However, the prepared Blaziken begins to attack the barrage of stalactites with several rapid kicking motions. The rocks shatter and spray Jake with an assault of wee bullet-like rocks.
Jake: <-10 HP; -6 EP>
Judge: <-7 HP; -5 EP>
Jake dusts himself off after that last move with a growl. Okay, seriously now, who kicks rocks at people? Majorly irked, the Hitmontop dives at Judge. At the last second, Jake suddenly bounds into the air, causing Jake to eat ground. Lame.
Jake: <-7 EP>
Judge: <Whee!>

This should be interesting, Judge. Combine your already sky-high Bounce with an Aerial Ace just in case he tries to avoid you. However, if he uses Pro or Detect, use Feint instead of Aerial Ace. Finally, use Flamethrower!

Once Judge reaches the zenith of his Bounce, he begins arcing back down with his sights set on Jake. He combines the descent with a rapid airborne spin to up his momentum and collides with the Hitmontop, who, with a grunt, braces himself against the move. Suddenly, he responds with a powerful spinning punch that launches Judge into the water. The Dratinis scoop him out and place him on dry land in a matter of seconds, but he’s left aching. Jake crosses his arm and smirks. Hah!
Jake: <-15 HP; -5 EP>
Judge: <-22 HP; -8 EP>
Shaking off that unpleasant plunge, Judge marches over toward Jake and begins to breathe an assault of red-gold flames all over the pint-sized fighter. Jake puts a rapid end to this assault as he scoops a little mud off the cave floor once again and hurls it at the Blaziken. Ooh, face shot! Yuck.
Jake: <-7 HP; -4 EP>
Judge: <-7 HP; -7 EP; -1 Acc>
While Judge scrapes the gunk off his beautiful beak, Jake takes the opportunity to score some free damage. He throws himself onto his head and begins spinning in a bluish-brown blur. He careens toward Judge who rids himself of the mud just in time to see the deadly top slam its mighty foot against the big fire chicken not once, not twice, but three times! That… yeah, that looks kind of painful.
Jake: <-5 EP>
Judge: <-5 HP>
And with that, the teleportation kicks in... and we're off! We soon put the Dragons Den behind us and find ourselves in a crowded marketplace. People bustle about between the canvassed stalls as they find fun dolls and yummy vitamins to give to their Pokemon. There isn't a lot of room to maneuver here... not without causing some serious damage to the bazaar, anyway, which is pretty much inevitable. Don't worry about the pedestrians; they'll scatter when they realize what's going on.
Folks, the Slateport Marketplace is open for business!

As the passing shoppers turn their heads and realize there’s a fire chicken and a friggin’ judo spinning top doing battle right in the middle of the marketplace, they scatter with shrieks and shouts. Yeah, calmness, this will only take a few rounds. Judge decides that the space isn’t already cramped enough and spins on the spot, bringing three clones into existence. Jake replies by clapping his hands, causing an assault of boulders to come tumbling down from the heavens! Several manage to squish some of the canvassed stalls (uhh, oops?) while two manage to take out two of the clones. Uh-oh…
Jake: <-6 EP>
Judge: <-4 EP; 1 clone>
Before Jake can unleash another onslaught of boulders, Judge leaps forth with another deft spinning maneuver, diving over a crate of Igglybuff dolls and past a display of Carbos. The attack strikes Jake and aggravates the Hitmontop, who slams his little golfball hands together once more to command more rocks to fall from the sky. This time, the boulders take out the clone and strike the real Judge… not to mention the rest of the remaining stalls.
We’re gonna get in so much shiiit…
Jake: <-7 HP; -6 EP>
Judge: <-8 HP; -3 EP>
Okay, nothing new here, right? Judge dive-tackles Jake with a second Aerial Ace, but the Hitmontop holds strong as he commands more boulders to come raining down from the sky. Wow, the weather in Slateport is just bonkers…

With the marketplace reduced to, uh, maybe let’s not talk about that, our fighters prepare new moves. Judge breathes a curling spurt of flames that wraps itself around Jake. As the tornado circles the Hitmontop, he counters by bringing three clones into existence. Hrm, maybe not the best strategy on Jake’s part. There’s a pretty simple way of telling which Hitmontop is a clone: they’re the ones without the gigantic tornado of fire circling them…
Jake: <-4 HP; -4 EP; 3 clones>
Judge: <-4 EP>
Feeling kind of enamoured by the little flame twister thingy he created, Judge snaps out of his reverie just long enough to slam his foot into the ground. The earth shudders and shakes about, causing the clones to wink out of existence. Moreover, the sudden quake tosses Jake out of the fiery tornado, which causes him to incur a little extra damage. Grr, how frustrating! In reply, Jake leaps upon Judge and begins swinging his fists blindly against the Blaziken. Calm your business, ragey!
Jake: <-11 HP; -8 EP; 0 clones>
Judge: <-11 HP; -7 EP>
Tossing the pipsqueak off of himself, Judge growls. Oh, it’s on! He fires off a rush of steam that scalds poor Jake, though the move goes wide and misses. Drat! In response, the Jake leaps back upon his foe and resumes pummeling.

Jake manages to spot a glob of mud just lying there on the ground and scoops it up into his awkward little hand. He tries to fling it at his foe, but Judge is too quick: the Blaziken Bounces out of harm’s way. Drat! Foiled again by Bouncing!
Jake: <-4 EP>
Judge: <Whee!>
Jake charges up a mighty Vacuum Wave, but thinks twice about firing it right away. Instead, he waits for the Blaziken to reach the peak of his Bounce and start whooshing down toward earth. The fire turkey brings his foot slamming down against Jake’s head and, all of a sudden, the earth starts rumbling. Pinned against the violently shaking ground, Jake succeeds in unleashing that burst of energy which knocks Judge right off him.
Jake: <-18 HP; -5 EP>
Judge: <-6 HP; -13 EP>

Squinting through the sand, Jake leaps upon Felsendrache and begins flailing his every limb against the dragonfly, his assault fuelled by his flagging health.
Jake: <-2 EP; -4 HP from fatigue>
Judge: <-17 HP; -4 EP>
As the storms worsens, Jake tries to shield out the little motes with his hand, but it’s to no avail. He doesn’t even see the razor-sharp blade of air that comes soaring his way. It strikes the little guy in the gut and he goes tumbling off the bridge to the ground below, defeated.

With Jake now out of the match, MLG recalls the spinning top back to its ball and flings a new one. A Porygon-Z comes out into the match with a demented squeak. Felsendrache gets things off to a mind-boggling start as he performs a spin on the spot, causing three clones to pop into existence. Awesome! Suddenly, a swell of sand tumbles forth and obliterates each and every one of the Flygon’s doppelganers. Not so awesome! Carly, meanwhile, snickers and begins planning something sinister…. ooh, mysterious.
Carly: <-4 EP; +2 SpA>
Felsendrache: <-4 EP; 0 clones>
Felsendrache tries to tear up his foe with a little Dragon Claw action, but sees one frigid beam whizzing his way and panics. The Flygon spews out a burst of hot, skin-melting air that strikes the Ice Beam. The two moves collide with an explosion, damaging both Carly and Felsendrache evenly.

Not exactly thrilled with the way things are going, Felsendrache flutters over toward Carly and smashes in the Porygon-Z’s face with one wicked thrust of his open palm. Carly stumbles backward, momentarily dazed, before commanding a surge of ice and snow to descend upon Fortree. The blast chills Felsendrache from head to foot. Poor guy.
Carly: <-9 HP; -10 EP>
Felsendrache: <-22 HP; -4 EP>
As the Blizzard comes to an end, Felsendrache shakes off the snow and tears into Carly, claws infused with draconic energy. Carly then absorbs this energy into herself and, humming and chirping digitally, she downloads some software that will provide her with an immunity to Dragon-type attacks. Give it a minute aaaand… there, all done! STEEL.EXE has been successfully downloaded and installed into Carly's system! Huzzah!
Carly: <-7 HP; -4 EP>
Felsendrache: <-6 EP>
Not entirely sure how that whole technological foofah went down, Felsendrache doesn’t trouble himself with the details and instead fires off a beam of green energy. The move strikes Carly who doesn’t seem altogether too fazed by it. Instead, she unleashes a triple beam of fire, ice and electricity that collides with Felsendrache and knocks the Flygon back a bit.
Carly: <-3 HP; -8 EP>
Felsendrache: <-12 HP; -4 EP>
Great clouds of sand gust through the arena, though nobody seems particularly bothered. With that, the storm dies away to silence.
Suddenly, we're off! We leave the bridges and treehouses of Fortree behind and soon find ourselves in an entirely new location. We stand inside a large auditorium of sorts beneath hot lights. Perched upon a raised stage, we look out to see an entire audience of confused spectators watching us from their seats. Ooh, how fun! Guys, welcome to the Hearthome City Super Contest Hall!

As an excited hush descends over the audience, the next round of our little battle thinger gets underway. Carly shoots off an Ice Beam that sparkles under the stage lights, but that clever Flygon seems ready. He shoots off a spurt of scalding air that collides with the beam, causing another small explosion. The audience oohs and aahs appropriately and, as the dust settles, it becomes clear that both fighters have been harmed evenly.
Carly: <-8 HP; -7 EP>
Felsendrache: <-8 HP; -8 EP>
Ooh, that was fun. Carly fires off another triple beam of ice, fire and electricity that sizzles toward Felsendrache, who seems weirdly relieved despite the pain as he avoids getting overcome by a pesky status. Phew! Felsendrache celebrates with an Earthquake that shakes up the Contest Hall nicely. A couple of lighting fixtures and a few sandbags (who put those there?) tumble down from the ceiling and, though they miss our combatants, Carly is nonetheless tossed to the ground harshly.
Carly: <-12 HP; -8 EP>
Felsendrache: <-12 HP; -7 EP>
As Carly pulls herself up with a determined chirp, the Porygon-Z opts for another Ice Beam, which Felsendrache effectively counters with his Heat Wave. The consequential explosion harms our fighters but has the audience on their feet with applause. A dazzling appeal!
