Alright I send out Galia my female Ralts who has the ability Synchronize.

Okay, first use Calm Mind. However if his puppy uses an attack which damages you use doubleteam. Then use hypnosis if she tries to modifie your or her stats. If she uses an attack which damages you physically use double team again. Finally use Thunder Wave

We begin with both competitors, Horror and Dude meeting on opposite sides of a sunlit meadow. They look at each other, almost weighing each other up. Horror gets out a Pokeball and throws it. The white light forms the shape of an adorable Ralts. She looks around, silently surveying the area. Dude throws his Pokeball, which opens and forms the shape of a Growlithe, who barks happily, but has a very strange effect on Galia. The puppy is slightly fearful. Must be the sinister glint in her eyes.

Now we begin with Galia waiting for Growlithe to make her first move. Growlithe conjurs up a pink veil which pulsates and glows around her. Galia knows that it is safe and closes her eyes, clearing her mind of troubled thoughts. She opened her eyes and felt much better, both mentally and physically.

Galia watches Growlithe again, waiting for her next move. When it looks like Growlithe is about to strike, Galia quickly splits herself into five. Now there were five Ralts to contend with. Growlithe doesn't seem to care and strikes them all with a quick slicing attack. Galia falls to the ground in pain and groans internally. She wasted that energy because?

Galia starts this time and fires a small volt of electricity at Growlithe. It's absorbed by the pink shield and Galia sighs. Growlithe comes over to her and bites her VERY HARD. Galia cries out in pain and feels herself getting slightly weaker.

We begin with Galia doing a mystical dance. Oh no...I recognise the damn pattern of a Rain Dance! Craaaaaaaaap! The clouds start rolling in and the lovely sun is blocked out. Growlithe frowns and howls in annoyance. Damn that sounds creepy! Growlithe feels better about it, and a bit stronger too.

Oh yeah, Light Screen increases Special Defense, whilst Flare Blitz is a Physical move. Galia hits the ground and feels like her luck is leaving her. Growlithe feels the recoil damage. Worth it.

Okay ,we wont give up Galia, no matter what. Go fully out, use psychic at first to smash him to the ground as hard as you can. Then use Thunderbolt and finally use psychic again. If he uses an attack to increase his evading skill or lower your accuracy use Shock Wave.

We begin with Galia glowing blue. Growlithe is picked up off of the ground and is thrown about for Galia's amusement. Growlithe lands with a thud and gets up. She shakes her head and goes over to Galia, biting her with great intensity. She cries out and her defense is lowered further. Crunch is eeevil!

He looks at Galia and bares his teeth. She doesn't notice and has her eyes closed, concentrating a lot.

Growlithe starts getting bored and thrashes around in his red hold. Galia tries to hold her, but it's sapping the energy right out of her. Growlithe stops thrashing and Galia lets her go. Galia breathes out rapidly, her energy nearly spent.

Now out of the red hold, Growlithe bounds back at Galia, a bit more wary this time. She jumps up to bite her and smacks head first into a barrier. She looks through and sees Galia holding it up. Growlithe then sees Galia collapse on the ground, her energy spent. Growlithe raises an eyebrow at this and wags her tail. Her Safeguard vanishes...like it matters.
