What's the dig on using BW moves? Do we allow them mid way into a tourney? I'm guessing not for continuity sake.

O.o I'd honestly have no problem with it. Prolly best to cull it though, just for continuity's sake, like you said. In truth, the Tourney should have been done last weekend, lol.

Back on the dais for round 2! Razor and Grey, both veterans of the game, square off in this tournament for a spot at the finals! Each going for a 1 Pokemon outcome, the titans to tussle turn out to be a massive Blastoise and Steelix. This is going to get interesting.

Titanium, with its joints spinning and spinning, starts off by defying all natural law a la Fringe and starts to float. In this manner, its able to glide over Leviathan, whom quickly bends light in an arch shape over his head. Gotta be able to reflect a blow from something that's floating above your head now.

Levi: -4E 3 rds ~~ Tita: -6E 2 rds

Both satisfied with just goading each other, Levi starts to really get this battle rocking. Its massive feet stamp the ground, forcing tremors to ripple and reverberate...but this is of no concern to Titanium. He's above that. In fact, he's looking for the winds to come. And they sure do, In no time at all Levi is present to a massive Sandstorm that now obscures his sight and bites at his skin. (-1)

Levi: -9E ~~ Tita: -4E 4 rds

Levi grunts, ticked off that the battle has started like this. Swatting large sand clumps away, he looks up for the moving Steelix. Even in the Sandstorm, kinda hard to miss a giant flying snake (-1). He fires his cannons straight up, catching the rock beast off guard. Body twirled to avoid both cannons, but when both cannons began moving erratically, Titanium found itself struck with the beam.

Bubblebeam or not, this wasn't to be tolerated. The massive head came down and tried to swallow Levi whole. Levi tucked his head into his shell as the massive lockjaw snapped on the shell, delivering a weakened voltage of electricity than Titanium would have liked.

Smack Down to bring him back down to earth, then use another Earthquake! Finally, when he comes at you with Rollout, fire a point-blank Hydro Pump!

Watching this floating monstrosity of science, Levi devises a plan to ground the ground..snake. Titanium bellows, and creates a fissure of energy under Levi's feet, which knock him backwards. Levi regains his footing and takes some of the larger boulders that became dislodged on the dias, before blasting them up via water shot from his cannons. Titanium looked up and spied the bricks slamming on his tail-midsection-and finally head, grounding him! (-1)

Levi: -5E/-10H ~~ Tita: -7E/-3H

Levi, proud that the foe was now back on the dias, went for a Earthquake, naturally. Disoriented from that last move, Titanium felt a wave of nausea overtake it as the dais shifted left and right. Once the shifting paused, the Steelix countered with a stream of visibly colorful flame, cutting down Levi's attempts on making this fight one sided.(-1)

Levi: -9E/-6H ~~ Tita: -5E/-18H

The sands were still pestering Levi, and he growled at their insolence (-1). Titanium at least had that going for it. Coiling up, the massive giant barreled its body forward-heading for Levi. Levi welcomed the charge, firing a jettison of water right at him. The blast of water didn't stop Titanium from crashing into Levi.

Levi watched as teh massive snake unfurled in front of him,and decided it was time to end this match. A battalion of water was fired from its cannons in rapid succession, and bombarded the steel plating. (-1) Levi smirked for a moment, though the cries of a pained Steelix are hard to ignore. These though, were harder than usual.

Levi: -4E Trm ~~ Tita: -3E/-24H

Levi's cannons however stopped firing. Unsure what that even means, Levi looked to try to fire, but felt a strange feeling blanket him (-1). That blanketed feeling grew significantly as Titanium barreled over and slammed his body atop of Levi. Crushed, Levi lied there.

Levi: -10H ~~ Tita: -6E

Levi barely had time to readjust his angle of fire before Titanium throws itself up and slams back down on the tortoise. Beaten to within an inch of recognition, Levi (-1) aims its left turret up and sprays the sky with a Briny bullet that sears right atop Titanium's midsection. Titanium stays down, still atop Levi.
