A little bit of a flushing around, but Blade decides to join the spectator realm once again. It's well enough, HE'LL BE BACK >O! But we have Chaos now so that evens things out. And lo and behold he comes out strong with Tearo. Right out the gate, the Aerodactyl seems to be on his game!

Muggles, the enigma, showed up just for this Tournament, and as soon as Athene comes into view, she's struck with...a beautiful Captivating sight. Majestic wingspan, even toned skin color, a strong jawline...it was to die for. She swooned over her new-found crush, losing sight of the battle at hand for the moment. In her brain, it took a while before the flier was seen as offense, and therefore had to be dealt with. That was done with a searing blast of water from that strange conch on her tail! Who knew it doubled as a teapot?

Tearo screeched, since when did HOT water come out of Pokemon? That coulda burned!

Flying around as a vulture would a dying creature, Tearo kept a close eyes on Athena. The opportune moment would present itsel--there! Athene sighed, closing her eyes for a half second, In that moment, Tearo swooped down and clasped ahold of her right arm with that extra rocky jawline. Sizzling volts of electricity were commanded from Tearo's body through Athena's, giving her a nasty series of jolts. Athena countered with a second Scald, her body pulling to get away from Tearo. Too bad this silly girder she was standing on was making it hard for her to get traction.

Tearo relinquished his grip, after feeling the ridge on the top of his head sting uncharacteristically. (-2)

Displeased with being afflicted, Tear screeched, and went for her midsection. Athena had the foresight to step back, but she wasn't too fast. A second lunge yielded a mouthful of tummy and Tearo took the time to Crunch down. Athena yelped, before slamming her hands onto Tearo's jaws-gripping onto them to pry them loose. Her eyes attained a strong whitish glean to them, and Tearo found himself trying to break away. Her grip was strong, however, and she held him there, jaw gaped as the Blizzard struck from the east. On this Steel construction site, the winds whipped around the corners, giving the hit that much more sting to it. (-1)

The chilling winds blustered away, and Athene released Tearo, who felt his jaw was frozen open!

This tourney round just got electrifying! Tear seems to be partially hampered by that nasty ice move a few moments ago! Releasing a primordial roar, the flying beast thunders toward Athene, and forces its jaws to close! The resounding snap of its own mandible, and the resulting Crunch on Athene's form as she raised her hands to block were just LOUD! I'm positively shocked Athene hasn't a broken bone to her body!

Probably due to her nature...lucky. In defense to this, Athene quickly (ha..Slowpoke..quickly) raised a shield to buffer against any more jawdropping attacks. (-1)

Ignoring the smell of hot rocks, Tearo continues its biting offense, now ensnaring Athene's right leg. The voltage meter began to ramp itself up from the Aerodactyl, giving Athena jolting shock. Her buffer held up, saving her from the full affront, and it also gave her time to slam that beasts head into the steel girder they were standing on.

Dun care what anyone says. Getting hit by a Shellertailmace hurts!(-1)

Tearo growled, unsatisfied with the damage being dealt here. Quickly, his jaws snapped up the other leg, leaving Athene with a weakened foot to stand on. As he bit down, that barrier once again held up with no conviction! Athene grabbed onto the beast again, and pulled up on his upper jaw. Tearo sqwaked and began to hobble in a circle, Athene inevitably being dragged along! She managed to stick her free arm into Tearo's mouth, and from there, released the potent Zap Cannon energy!

Tearo freaked and released his grip-simultaneouly freeing Athene's grip from his face. The paralytic pain surged though him and he fell over, smelling even more charred than before. (-1)

Tearo looks up as Athena looks down. Both stare each other down for the moment, and with one mighty flap, Tearo already covers half the distance needed before he can sink his teeth into the succulent side of Athena. She has other plans, and blasts off a small spray of water just as his salivating jaws open to resume his feast. The jaws snap shut twice, and Tearo sails right past Athena, falling toward a pile of nonused girders below...

I'd use a priority move, but Tearo is surprisingly lacking in those.
