Wait until the clones appear and then Shock Wave 'em goodbye. Follow that with a Light Screen and finish with a nice, crackly Thunder.

This is going to be tight. We've made it to the semi-final round, and with both competitors slightly over half health, who's going to be the one to make that ever crucial mistake? Oslo nor Mikachu seem willing to give in, and so their Pokemon do battle for their respective Trainers honor!

Vis spins in place, trying to elevate his chances of winning. Just as the clones appear, Invert shakes moth heads and stamps the ground. A bolt of energy ripples from the rear head, and slices through the wave of clones. Vis is also struck by this bolt of lightning, and shivers from its after effects.

In: -5E ~~ Vi: -3E/-10H

Not keen on already being blow standard, Vis whips those tentacles around like crazy, forcing blades of wind to fly at the giraffe. This time, Invert is a little slow on the Light Screen creation, and is struck by the air buffers. No matter. He knows the shield will prove its worth soon enough. Especially since the breeze simply blew by with just a refreshingly bitter scent.

The water phantom aims to change that outlook-and begins a plan to undermine the giraffe. A blast of chilling air slams into Invert, and the barrier holds a sizable portions of it at bay. In retaliation, Invert rears up, standing on two legs for a moment. The heavenly forces imbue Invert with a massive bolt of power, that surges forth and shocks Vis heavily. Vis whimpers, knowing he has to do something big to pull the W here.

Girafarig is Normal/Psychic, so Ominous Wind shouldn't have had an effect. Also, why did Visqeux lose health during the second action?

With all of its energy, Vis tries for a desperate effort. He focuses his energy on creating a massive replica of itself. Its a creative stint that becomes a double edged sword. Its created and instantly blasted to smithereens by a massive Thunder from the giraffe. Invert smirks, knowing this is almost over.

In: -10E ~~ Vi: -8E/-24H Sub: -4H

Invert shakes the early celebration feeling off of his second mind, and continues with the barrage. It's slightly unfortunate, as Vis prepares for what seems to be the end with a massive burst of water. The ethereal shredding sphere shoots through the mass of rubble, but ironically hits the only piece of Vis's statue that remained-the head! With that singular block, Vis opened up a deluge of water that hammered down on the psychic foe.

In: -8E/-7H ~~ Vi: -9E Sub: Gone

The water didn't stop, and it pushed Invert back until its hind legs were aginst the proverbial wall The water pressure seemed unreletng, but through the suds and splashes, Invert's tail was able to lower and bend through his legs. It opened its mouth and fired off that final thunder that send Vis back to the briny depths.

And with that, Oslo pulls out the W in this match, and makes it to the finals.
