The Pokemon Company released a video on their Japanese Youtube channel today going over some summer events they will be having at Pokemon Centers all over Japan. Starting May 10 through June 22 they will be holding Battle Tournaments and as a gift they will be giving away Pokemon with their Mega Stones attached. The Pokemon Company released details today about this month’s 2014 International Challenge.
Pokémon fans can begin training for the 2014 International Challenge May, the latest Online Competition to put their battling skills to the test. The 2014 International Challenge May is open to all Pokémon X and Pokémon Y video game players around the world.
Registration for the 2014 International Challenge May begins at 8:00 P.M Eastern Time on Thursday, May 8, 2014, and goes until 7:59 P.M Eastern Time on Thursday, May 15, 2014, unless the player cap is reached before then. Space is limited for the 2014 International Challenge May, so it is important players register as soon as possible. The tournament starts at 8:00 P.M Eastern Time on Friday, May 16, 2014.

Pokemon Art Academy Coming to Nintendo 3DS in Japan

A new Pokemon game called Pokemon Art Academy for Nintendo 3DS is expected to release June 19. This game will include 40 Pokemon drawing lessons along with templates and a free style drawing mode. Once you finish with your Pokemon masterpiece, you’ll be able to share it via Miiverse.

Electabuzz and Magmar Promo Serial Code for Pokemon X and Y

The Pokemon Company has announced a new serial code promotion for the UK/Ireland, Spain, Australia, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and France.
Visit the following retailers during the dates noted below and you will receive a serial code to unlock either Magmar for Pokemon X or Electabuzz for Pokemon Y.
Magmar will be level 30, with the ability Vital Spirit, and the moves Smokescreen, Fire Spin, Confuse Ray & Fire Punch. It will be holding the item Magmarizer which will evolve Magmar into Magmortar when traded.
Electabuzz will be level 30, with the ability Vital Spirit, and the moves Low Kick, Shock Wave, Light Screen & Thunder Punch. It will also be holding Electirizer which will evolve Electabuzz into Electivire when traded.
