I'm only going to help on the ones where I can...

Ok to have spore on a level 50 Breloom do i really have to raise 2 Shroomish (male AND female) to level 54 (to get spore) and breed them for spore (a level up move not 'egg' or 'TM' move) to transfer over to their child?
You only need to raise the male to level 54 with a female of any level, as far as I know....

The problem with this is the pokemon who are not hit by fighting, or at least not hit hard. Any ghost type, or any flying or poison type, etc.

I like it, but I've always had a bit of a problem with pokemon who don't have a direct attack on them... O well, your call, but you might consider replacing one of the moves with Night Shade, but whatever.
