Wow, people actually replied to this fic! WDAMO has not been forgotten! Hooray!

darktyranitar: Hey, welcome to the club! It's good to have you here. ^_^

Wow, I'm impressed that you took the time to read so many chapters! I know my chapters aren't as long as those of many others here (nor are mine as long as they should be, really), but that much text can still be rather imposing. Thanks!

I know what you mean about the direction; it's developed completely differently than I expected, too. Actually, I kind of changed its direction after I started it. I think somewhere around Chapter 10, I realized that what I was going to do was pretty pathetic, so I rebuilt most of the plot, using what I had already written as a starting point. I'm still revising it to some extent now, although it's defined much, much better than it was then.

Giovanni's been an interesting personality to work with. Even though it may not be very noticable, I've completely changed my outlook on his character several times. In fact, his early scenes are some of the biggest reasons for me wanting to revise some of my earlier chapters. As for your questions, I can't reveal too much right now, but certain... aspects of the situation should reveal themselves before long. However, I can reveal that some rather unexpected characters will play a big role in the whole affair. Heh heh...

To be honest, I'm a bit of a hypocrite about the legendaries, and it's partially because I didn't know what I was doing when I started this fic. I've never been a big fan of giving the main character a bunch of legendaries in a fic. And yet here, Ash has one by the end of Chapter 8! Still, I hope that the plot changes I've made have kept it interesting despite that. After all, I haven't seen too many fics in which a character has caught a legendary and then lost it. Or maybe I'm just making excuses. I dunno.

I'm glad you liked the battle. I was hoping that I made the thing with the Mist clear enough... I was thinking that if the attack hit, everything in the Mist would be frozen solid. But I'm not sure that I explained it well enough... Also, I hope the part with the Sheer Cold didn't seem like a deus ex machina; it was supposed to be more because Suicune and Raikou were too focused on finishing off their opponent to be able to dodge. But anyway...

And yeah, it's been 3 years. (Dang!) Maybe it'll be finished sometime during our lifetimes, eh? Let's hope so.

I certainly do hope you keep reading; it's always nice to have responses like that one. Thank you very much for the reply!

Steph: It's great to see you! I hope you stick around here!

Unfortunately, I can't really explain too much with Jessie and James. I'm not sure that I'd call them robots, actually, but... well...

Gah, I can't reveal anything more than that without giving a ton of stuff away! Argh! Well, hopefully I can make things clearer soon.

Anyway, work has begun on the next chapter, although it'll take a little time, since I've got a summer class starting now. But it'll get there! And if it's not done in less than half the time as this last one, you have my permission to chop off my feet and use them as hammers. How's that for an incentive?

Out of curiosity, does anyone have any thoughts over the battle between the professors? It seems to have gone largely unnoticed...
