Hah... Rodney blew tonight;s game too

Anyways, Congratulations to the White Sox's Mark Buerhele, who just completed a no-hitter against the Texas Rangers.

Mets also beat the Marlins and Red Sox beat the Blue Jays, so i'm pretty happy.

Anyways, sorry I haven't been updating, I've been on vacation and haven't had much time to update.

How nasty are A-Rod's pecs? I swear, the guy probably wears at least a 36D bra, damn.

Trade him to Cleveland. They need another lousy relief pitcher. I think they are collecting them or something.

For some reason they only seem to be lousy in Cleveland

Well, it didn't hurt that Mota's steroids didn't kick in until he was traded to the Mets. :p

As for the rest of Cleveland's bullpen... Roberto Hernandez is 40-something years old, Aaron Fultz has only had 1 good year in his career, (although Fultz has been pretty good so far...) Joe Borowski has always been average at best, I mean, just being in Cleveland doesn't make them lousy, I kinda anticipated the bullpen having serious issues this year, which is going to be one of the biggest reasons why they won't make the playoffs this year.

I am still kind of confused as to why the Indians threw $33 million to Jake Westbrook. He's good, but not that good, they have guys in the minors that should be able to do what he does. They needed to save that money for Travis Hafner and CC Sabathia since they can become free agents after 2008.

Not that i'm taking a shot or Cleveland or anything, but it just seems that maybe the Pitching Coach there tries to tell the pitchers to do something else to change their windup/pitching style. Same thing has happened to too many of the Pirates starters...

Roberto Hernandez was a good Setup-man in 05-06 for the Mets. I'm pretty sure Joe Borowski was the marlin's closer before this year.

Also, Jake Westbrook has been looking pretty weak after that signing, which is why im against signing a pitcher in the middle of the year to a big contract, because the same thing happened to David Wright and it's still affecting him. D.Wright hasn't hit any Home Runs (Though he has been hitting low-mid .300) and probably feels he has to live up to his contract) Jake Westbrook may not be good the rest of the year...
