Lapras Valley University (Semester 2) Starts! (Sign-ups)

So wait.. are these sign-ups or the actual RPG starting..? I'll just post a sign-up sheet since I'm totally unsure...

Name: Genki Ryugami
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Physical Desc.: 6'4"; short, shaggy/curly brown hair that goes down to his eyebrows in the front and down the neck like usual short hair styles; lightly tanned skin; hazel eyes; slim with a little extra meat on the skin; wears a red t-shirt with a blue long-sleeve over-shirt and blue jeans; brown and black shoes with red laces and highlights scattered around the shoes
Personality: A little quiet--but not because he's shy; rather, it's because he's constantly thinking. Sometimes his mind wanders, but when it comes to battling, he's thinking of nothing but strategies. He can get prideful when it comes to anything remotely competitive, but can be a really nice guy otherwise. He doesn't lose his cool easily and rarely--if ever--shows a more violent or emotive (or as he puts it as "unstable") emotion. He tends to look down upon people who express this "instability" of emotion in excess. Though, he does laugh and do things like a normal person; just not in excess. When it comes to his pokemon, he doesn't have a very personal affection toward most of them (sans his Umbreon) and thinks of them more as objects towards victory than pets--though he does understand that it is normal for others to get emotionally closer to their pokemon since he has a similar relationship with his Umbreon.

History: He grew up with a loving mom and a strict, but loving dad and, based on their raising techniques, should act and think just like any other person his age. However, an experience changed him forever when he was 10-years old. While walking home from school, he saw the school bullies beating up on a frightened Eevee. Genki felt so upset about what he saw that he lost control of himself and rushed at the bullies screaming. The bullies easily took him down by throwing a few punches then proceeded to beat him. That was when the Eevee attacked the bullies with a quick attack and scared them off. After the experience, Genki realized that he shouldn't have let his emotions get the better of him and that he should become more calculative in his actions. From that day on, Genki was a much calmer person and got into the habit of thinking more before doing anything. He and the Eevee (who stayed beside him after being rescued) had been training ever since that day and have grown close despite Genki's reluctance to give into such an emotion. It upsets him greatly when he fails at something since he has become somewhat of a genius when it comes to thinking strategically. He's been able to defeat t the gym leaders of the Kanto, Johto, Shinou areas without any struggle, but has yet to challenge the Elite Four groups of each region. However, it is something on his "To Do" List...
