Well, if your team's approved (which is a high possibility once some of the Moderaters get online today), then you can challenge people according to the Rules in the ASB Rules page and start to gain points and more Pokémon for your team.

Don't worry, you'll get used to it eventually.

thx, also how do i gain new pokemon? i think i understand the eggs, but i dont get evolution or where to buy pokemon, plz fully explain

The first page of the Rules tower should help but basicly.

You catch new pokémon by paying 2 points, you get points by fighting. It doesn't matter if you win or lose.
To evolve pokémon they need experience (been in a fight) and they may not be in a fight currently. To evolve them to their second stage, you need to pay 3 points. To evolve them to their third stage, you'll need to pay 4 points. Also worth of note is that the pokémon need experience in all their forms.

You buy and evolve the pokémon here.
Always include a bank post where it says you are paying the price. If you want to evolve them, also include a link to the battle they were in.
