According to wiki, force on a pair of conducting plates due to the Casimir effect is inversely proportional to distance ^ 4, so it gets really small really fast, not to mention that the force has a coefficient of ~ 10^-28, so its pretty damn weak too. Might be useful someday, but for now it's just a cool mathematical concept ^_^
