Then he is hacking, and really I doubt there are a bunch of people named Berigel 1, Berigel 2, etc etc. He creates names for the basis of sending IMs that causes IM programs to crash. It isn't really original, which is why I call him a low level hacker. But even then, he is a nuisance.

They're not. Jay spammed pokemasters and caused troubles for mods etc. Thats all and thats why he is banned. Not because of the past.

And is woz actually banned?
