Round 41

Standing his ground Ivy warily stares up at the monstrous ball that begins to grow in front of Plaz. Tuckered as he may be, he isn't out of the ideas. Plaz, still hovering high, decides to waft down and reposition himself for his shot. Ivy turns to run, but is caught off guard by the speedy ghost and slammed by the Shadowball. He sails down onto the middle right platform, and lies there for a moment.

Plaz followed after Ivy, who still was able to stand after that blast, and roll to the lowest level. Plaz wondered if the dumb plant was trying to find a way to hurt him. Following, a second ball of Shadows found its way into Ivy's side, and the poor planimal screamed in pain.

Tired of the ghost attacks, Plaz switches it up creating a Dark aura around him that soon flung itself outward, Pulsing in Waves. Ivy-feeling the pressure of the moment, quickly clutched the edge of the highest platform, and reeled himself up, as a aura of green exuded from both Pokemon.

The initial Pulse hit Ivy-but it ht Ivy upward. Rotom started to follow, but was soon blasted skyward-as the acid pit suddenly filled the arena! Ivy-being hit up, watched as Plaz was scorched by the corrosive liquid, before being able to eject himself using his phantasmal skills. Rotom wobbly floated high again, as Ivy landed on the only safe platform, feeling a bit healthier.

Round 42

Both Pokemon have seen better days, but Paz was determined to come out of this a winner. Even as the calming sounds of grass whistles blew over the acid pool- Plaz flew around, screaming and belting any and all words it knew. Quite the Uproar he was having, even the Chozo statue looked up, wondering what the hell was that little ghost doing?

However, as Plaz finished, the tailwinds of the grasswhistle took effect-and he felt sleepier.

Tempted to sleep, Rotom took that next action, and gleefully relaxed. Very very dangerous, and Ivy was sure to capitalize, covering Plaz in Leeching Seeds, that would not stir him.

Succumbed by the trickery of the Ivysaur, Plaz was now snoring soundly. Ivy took the moment to create that coozo aura around both him and Plaz, before Draining some of that essential life away. Yes, he was still a contender.

A second helping of life would be transferred to Ivy, and he smirked, those funny canines showing. At this rate, he might just gain all his life back.

Plaz stayed sound asleep, as Ivy simply sat there. At one point, Plaz Snored really loud, shocking Ivy by its power.

Plaz...didn't stir, allowing Ivy to get yet another helping of that fine Plaz dining. (that sounds dirty xD) It was offset however, when another mighty Snore erupted from the ghost.

Finally, the ghost awoke! Feeling weaker than before, he decided to balance the field, and Ivy was blasted back with a precariously violent ShadowBall. Ivy managed to give himself some growth, and for a moment, he looked as the acid pool had dropped to below normal levels again.

Not giving Ivy any quarter, a second Shadowball rained down from the heavens onto Ivy's bud. In generous retaliation, Ivy was able to pull off a Giga Drain with less energy, but the same power!

Both Pokemon winded, Rotom silently looked over to Blade..and promptly dropped! Leech Seed did him in! Ivy barely looks able to battle either....as he's out of energy again.

Round 45

With his main access to free health gone, Ivy quietly looks up as the new competitor was released. Out flew a stripe of azure-twin streaks of faded crimson tailing after. Without missing a beat, the streak sped over the poor planimal, whom had little more than a whimper of fear to respond.

The acid dropping to extreme depths, Ivy turned to note that his butt was on fire! Jumping back in shock, he turned, to see the streak was soaring upward now? How did he miss that?

Turning his attention toward the dragon again, Ivy made a half-hearted attempt to try and stop the dragon from ensuring his demise. But, it was to no avail, as the small flames that danced free of Czar's mouth burned Ivy's widdle no nose face. Ivy merely flopped on his belly, knocked out by a piddly series of Embers.

Round 46

Ivy was out. Recalled, UC now seemed a bit nerved. His next choice was a classic to the scene once more, a mighty Blastoise. The water cannons it sported pointed toward the now steady Salamence, and Blastoise gave off a roar toward his competition. Unphazed by the Water Type's appearance, Sala watched as the tortoise began to blast several large blasts of ice in the sky. The Aurora Borealis seemed to tense up, and from their simmering ripples fell the white stars themselves. Snowflakes at first, but soon the wing began to whip around-turning this into Hail.

At least, for the moment. Sala roared in opposition, and his call appealed the borealis even more. Their light seemed to shine even stronger than before, dispelling the Hail that began to fall and warming up even the core of this Icy Mountain. The Sunny Day had arrived, and it was her to stay.

Flapping his wings in the warmer air, Czar spied that the 'Stoice was now aiming his cannons directly for him. Immediately , he dragon sped into evasive maneuvers, jaws beginning to bleed electricity. A second screech echoed throughout the warmed sky, as Czar sped down to stop the attack, but his approach soon took a drastic turn. A Beam of Ice shot clear from Blast's left cannon. Czar rolled to avoid, but was scraped along his backside fully. Enraged, Czar's plummet landed him on the waiting turtle, and the duo locked arms. Being on his back, Stoice grunted as Czar began to beat his wings, trying to blind the tortoise with loose snow.That long neck of Czars came into play this time as he bit down, sinking his teeth into Blast's neck and releasing all that voltage at close range.

CD: -5E/-20H ==///== Blast: -8E/-11H

Hurt, Blast looked over to his left cannon, seeing that it was pointed too far away to be of any use. This was further augmented when Czar slammed his tail down on said cannon, and sunk his teeth in deeper. The Thunder Fang's effect was clearly evident as Blast began roaring in protest. As his body convulsed slightly, the right cannon was able to swivel itself right at Czar's left wing. A fully charged shot was let off, far too fast for Czar to be ready for, and the dragon yelped as he went numb in his wings. Legs weakened from dealing with the numbness of his wings, Blast was able to throw Czar off of him, and righted himself.

Czar landed a few feet away, and slid off the platform, to lie still on the thick ice sheet. Shaking off the hit itself, Czar stood back up, foot stomping in immense protest. His stomps caused the base of the stage to crack a bit...

Round 47

Czar still felt the shill in his wings, but it felt like it spread through his skeletal system. Shivering as he reattained flight, the dragon was quick to spit out a mass of purplish hot goo at 'Stoise. At the last second, a thick Protective barrier went up, blocking said Toxic mass from harming him. Czar hissed in frustration, circling the tortoise.

As he circled 'Stoise, Czar began to leave behind a thinner purple trail that began from his mouth. Knowing something was going to be fired at him., Blastoise did not waste any time. In a copycat fashion, a thick Purple Toxic goo flew at Czar, nailing him in the eyes. Czar stopped is flight and roared, releasing the Dragon Pulse he was saving. Not ready for the rapidity of the blast, Stoise was knocked back, landing on the Ice hard. As Stoise banged around, trying to right himself, the Ice shifted and cracked before shattering free of the top of the mountain. The entire pinnacle began to slide down!

In motion, Stoise was able to flip up, and saw that it took a little longer for him to land back on the Ice shelf, as it gained speed hurtling away from the sky. Czar didn't mind, and flew after, roaring as he did so to show that he still was claiming to be the dominant one. The tortoise waited on the sliding sheet as Czar put his energy to good use Rushing toward the adversary on the Iceberg. The Dragon crashed right into the waiting Blastoise, whom has his arms up ready to catch Czar. He did, but was hit back by the sheer force of the blow. His grip did not lessen however, and once again, Czar and 'stoise locked arms. Instead of a conventional headbutt, Stoise went for a different strategy. Waves of a Confusion nature were released from his mouth. Czar, puzzled and annoyed by their bothersome frequency, dropped Stoise and flew up to try and evade the sound in his head.

'Stoise floated down a bit before finally landing, watching as the mountain base became wider...and wider....when the hell were they gonna stop.

Round 48

I may have forgotten to note that last round, but It's clearly evident that Czar is feeling the effects of that Toxic he got to the eyes. His flight pattern has slowed. Even still, the dragon keeps up with the Iceberg, even as the Mist that seems to be enveloping around Blastoise makes it harder for him to actually see him. Well, we can't have that. With a crack of his tail to give him an added burst, Czar sped through the Mist-his own wind being sufficient enough to Defog the area.

Seeing Czar shoot past, Blastoise threw a cannon's folly of Electrical energy skyward, letting it arc as Czar swooped low before ascending. He didn't even see the Flash Cannon grenade until it slammed on the top of his head. Scowling as he dropped in altitude, Czar roared and allowed his free fall to continue. The racing Iceberg soon passed under him, and with his falling weight, Czar slammed into the peak. Icy stones broke free, as Czar fell amongst them, ramming into Stoise's shell. The tortoise withdrew himself to give him some relief, but those boulders were heavy.

Bouncing on the shell a bit, Czar took himself to a lofty height, as the Iceberg finally finished its careening slide, and hit the ocean with a thunderous roar. The change of speed made Stoise slide off the edge of the Iceberg, but he held on, and was able to climb back on. As he did so, a HUGE Plecostomous lunged from the water, barely missing him. Falling in the water here was not such a good idea. Turning back to the sky, Stoise's cannons locked and loaded themselves..only to see that Czar really wasn't done with the mountain.

Cascading pieces of glacial till began to Rain down from the heavens, Meteors littering the field. Blasted left and right, Blastoise found himself sailing in the air for a while before crashing on the edge of an upper metal platform jammed in the side of the berg. Catching his breath,. he watched warily as Czar flew and hovered above him, glaring evilly.

Czar should have moved. Blastoise was quick to the draw, shooting the dragon down with a adeptly fired Ice Beam from his mouth. Unsuspecting a beam to come from there, Czar plummeted and crashed right on the lowest level of the iceberg, his belly encrusted with ice.

A cough...he was still alive...but no, he was slipping into the water...

Oh...no..

*Watches as Czar falls off the edge of the Iceberg, only to be gulped by that ginormous fish*

First of all, a plecostomous is a filter-feeder - it eats algae. Not meat.

Second, plecostomus is found in tropical water. Not around glaciers.

And lastly, Flash Cannon is a Steel attack. Not an Electrical one. I leave it to you to decide if that will affect Czar's weakness/resistance enough to change the outcome of this round.

Well now. As the waterworld is left behind, we get dropped on a strange planet. 'Stoise takes a look around, hrm. Nothing unusual, just a few leaves to jump off of and a slanted ledge over there...ok. His opponent falls from the sky, a Cradily!

Oh $%&^

::Grumbles to himself as he runs on the field, trying to tilt Naval up, and curses aloud. Naval looks down, unsure what he just landed on::

-.- Until Cradily is defeated, we're stuck on this stage cause it landed on the damn stage changer! Uurgh whatever.

Naval kinda just... looks away from me and towards Blastoise, whom is already firing off his first attack! I barely jump off the leaf in time to watch it shake all over the place, Naval merely going for the ride. As the Earthquake subsides (and as I latch onto a little-Pikmin ship), Naval makes those leaves that act as platforms wrap around Blastoise, and slam him on his back, squeezing the life out of him. Stoise struggles, but his bonds are not yet freed.

NP: -6E/-9H ==///== Blast: -9E/-9H

Unsure what may happen to him if he dosen't act, Blastoise aims his cannons at Naval and charges them up. Icy energy begins to build from it, and with a wide shot, a Blizzard rush is produced! Naval instantly stops commanding the flora, and reaches out ethereally to Blastoise, establishing a link. Blastoise begins to fall to his knees again as his life is being Drained from him at a Giga rate.

The hefty tortoise falls, leaving a very cold and angry Naval.

:L leaps upon the stage, as a Scizor joins the fray from UC's corner. It zips around twice, before settling on the leaf where its compatriot, Blastoise, fainted not too long ago.::

And lets take a moment everyone to congratulate these two battlers for reaching their 50TH round in this Super Smash Brawl Extravaganza!!

::The audience gives both Blade and UC a grand round of applause, before DL hops back on his Pikmin ship and floats back to safety.: Annd..GO!

No need to tell Naval that, as she slyly scuttles over to the slanted ledge and Ingrains himself there. Scizor watches Naval wriggle by him, and slowly enveils himself in a Safeguard shield.

Happy with her choice of rooting, Naval begins to rock back and forth, forcing some of the natural till she displaced by rooting there to become dislodged. She got a little assistance in the rocking, as she was struck by a close range Bug Buzz from the Scizor. Upon gaining her senses from that dirty attack, Naval heaved her large head forward and the Stones flew, slicing at Scizor's steely Edges.

As Scizor shook off the ringing sensation going on in his carapace, Naval stretched her feelers out and began to draw symbols in the air. These symbols took to life, rapidly filing through the colors of the rainbow. Revolving around Cradily in an electron path, this Hidden power was ready to fire once it decided on a color...

and that would happen after Scizor sped in, striking Naval with a Metal Claw. The pain made Naval act hastily and the pale green spheres smashed into Scizor, smashing him back. Scizor flew kinda far, hitting the far edge of the base leaf, but was able to clamp on and climb back on.

And hay! Look at that. A Bulborb appeared! It's friggin' huuuge.
